I had a fantastic experience with Porsche of Cary. Robert Brooks was my sales guide. He was knowledgeable and very attentive throughout the process. He went above and beyond by picking me up at my house to take me to the dealership to pick up my CPO Taycan. The entire team made the purchase process enjoyable. We are all car people and they walk the walk so to speak.

I went to lot 530 on a Friday, walked around, no one offered to help me. I went back next day talked to Mike and picked out a car off of carfax, made them him cash offer on Saturday but he didn't call me back. Texted them on Monday Shawn returned my call made an all cash offer of 21,000 again never called me back. They add $995 or $1495 for cleaning the car, spraying on fabric protector and putting hydrogen in the tires. I guess the only way they sell cars is if you need credit and pay the full sticker price that ask on used cars. Terrible experience

We purchased a Nissan from him after my truck was totaled around a year or two ago. A few months after we bought the Nissan one of the rear control arms broke and the wheel cambered out. I had to park the vehicle at my job for 5 months until I could figure out what to do. All this with 70000 miles on it. We took it to a few shops and we were told that the rust damage under the vehicle was so extensive that it was going to cost upwards of 8 to 10 thousand to fix and no one wants to work on it! So now we’re stuck with a vehicle with 72000 miles on it now that we can’t drive! I’m in talks with the loan company now to see if we can get out of it but I’ve never heard of a dealership selling a vehicle with 70000 miles that’s so rusted that it turns into a rusted lemon within 2000 miles. We were in a vulnerable situation being my wife was pregnant and we needed a family vehicle fast. I get it, they needed to get rid of this vehicle and they had a vulnerable young couple in that needed something fast. It’s a shame that we had to be taken advantage of but we learned our lesson. I tried talking to the dealership when it initially happened but I got blown off and basically told it’s not their problem. I hope this is help for other people to please look after any vehicles you buy from this salesmen or this dealership. Luckily I have documentation of all of this so hopefully we can get out of this nightmare and move on to someone who actually can be trusted!

Scheduled an oil change for Dec 24 at 830. Make the appt at least a week in advance. Received an email confirmation. Showed up at 815 to an empty garage. Sales manager came over to let me know the service dept was closed all day. I showed him the email conformation. He attempted to make calls with no luck. I left and drove a mile down the road to Hilbish Ford. They brought in the vehicle with no issues. I was going to make a new truck purchase with cash. I was a Chevy man. But as I was waiting on my vehicle oil change, a couple Ford trucks caught my eye. So I am converting to Fords. Congrats Hilbish. You earned my business. Sorry Marburger. I understand mistakes. But in a week you could not catch this mistake.

Kitrell Earley is an outstanding service advisor who goes above and beyond for you. Has always taken excellent care of me when I have had my vehicle in for service. I brought my vehicle in for service and had an appointment later that day in the early afternoon. Kitrell said the vehicle should be done way before my appointment. So I arrived and waited for the service to be completed. Around noon time i went to Kitrell to see if the service was done yet and he said it was not. But he had set aside a loaner for me just in case. So I use the loaner to go to my appointment and returned to pick up my vehicle which was done. He had made sure that I would make it to my appointment on time. Of all the service advisors I have dealt without through out my years of owning a vehicle Kitrell is by far the most professional and outstanding service advisor I have come to deal with. He should be commended for the excellent work and customer service he provides. And he always has a smile on his face.

Another Randy Marion dealership that let me down. I asked for a OTD price on a Used Challenger. They gave me a $5,431.50 of ad Ons for my troubles. How can they stay in business when they charge Resistall $880, 3m Protection Package $1,899, Dealer added Graphics $1,110, All Weather Floor Mats $195 (car comes with carpet ones), Document fee $249.50, Admin Fee $899 and Electronic Filing fee $199???? I walked away again. And this is on a USED CAR, NOT NEW CAR.

I directly as the sales person how do I pay you/dealership…. Direct deposit, bank check, etc. Sales person told me “No, personal check or cash was acceptable”. Strange I must say. I told him I would not be paying cash and needed the bank routing numbers. Again he said no check would do. Given a pass to test drive the car until 6:00pm I returned around 4:00pm. Several people greeted me wanting wanting to know where I had been? My car I was buying had been sold to someone else and I was SOL.
