Beni Saben, a customer specialist, worked with me for several days keeping me updated on her efforts to have two cars shipped in for my inspection. She's a keeper! When the desired vehicle, a 2022 Lexus ES 350 arrived at the dealership, Ms. Saben was not working that day so I was served by another Customer Specialist, Celia Wagner who completed the sale and sent me on my way happily. Ms. Wagner indicated that she had not been emplyed by CarMax long, but that did not show. She's another keeper! Finally, I need to offer accolades to a young gentleman, Cross-Functional Store Manager Blake Stratton.
