We purchased a new KIA Telluride in October, 2023 and love the car. Had good service until September 27, 2024. Went in September 27, 2024 because window trim has fallen off. You were to order replacement trim and when we call told parts haven't arrived yet. Now the remainder of the trim in two other locations is falling off. We have made multiple calls only to be told you can't fix until parts come in. I called KIA customer service (corporation not you) and they said they couldn't help me without parts numbers. Referred them to you for that and never heard back. Called Raleigh several times again and again. You haven't been an advocate for us and we feel we need to go to NC State Consumer affairs for assistance. We would be happy to speak with Anderson management that has authority to help us but haven't been able to get passed the pretorian guard by phone. Nancy & Gordon Wallace

I recently bought a Kia Sorento out of state before moving to NC. I had a few problems with it and issues getting an honest answer from other Kia locations. Once I moved to NC my neighbor referred me to Kia of Gastonia. Once I got there I was greeted by Morris the service manager. Morris was legitimately concerned about the issues I had been having and assured me he would personally ensure my vehicle was taken care of. Turns out I had an electrical short from a wire that was worn down and it took them some effort to find it. After my vehicle was serviced by Morris and his team, I have had no problems. Those guys are highly professional and they truly care. As long as I have this vehicle I will continue taking it to Kia of Gastonia because I know it will be done right and I won't get the run around like I seemed to get at other dealerships where I didn't actually purchase the vehicle. If you live in the area I urge you to go see Morris and his team because they are first class!

Matthew informed us of any recalls pending on the car and worked with us to set up a time to complete the recalls. Matthew also provided the technician to provide any additional details. We had a great experience with Matthew and the service team. I am looking at possibly buying a new Kia Telluride based on my experience with the Keffer Kia team!

I believe the service department attempted to lie to me about services I did not need. Told me I needed a new battery and that mine was at ZERO battery life. I knew they were full of it and had it tested elsewhere at two different places. Battery was at 100%. I have no proof but I also think they disconnected my.license plate lights to try and get me to fix them but I said no. Another dealership found connection inside panel was unplugged. Beware, this is not the first time they attempted to deceive me as it happened years prior as well.

Wednesday the Service Center told me they would do a warranty job on our car (steering). {The car was dropped on Tuesday, but I'm starting on Wednesday because that's the day they said they knew what was wrong with it, and ordered the part. I originally was gonna drop the car Monday, but had a meeting and called that morning and said please tell him I will bring it tomorrow. Tuesday the manager said he didn't get the message. {That should've given me some little clue, right there, how the place is run.} ... I said "We'll I'm here - here is the car, see ya.". The main crux of this review is the last 1/2 of the week.} ..... End of Wednesday I called and a man told me the part had not come, but would come Thursday, it would be fixed Thursday night or Friday morning. Thursday late afternoon [after receiving NO CONTACT, ALL DAY] I called, they told me that that's not the case. - But part would come tomorrow and it would be fixed tomorrow. Rolled up, just now [Friday] and the service manager said the part is not here and they can't fix it. During this time btw they were unresponsive, on communication on the text interface - they ignored every question, from me, and only talked to me when they felt like it. Everything is documented. The service manager was cool, at the beginning - but Friday upon being called out (civilly) on keeping the car FOUR DAYS and not fixing it, he got a major attitude. - Tried to go all 'Tough Guy' on me ... said "Stop right HERE.' ... I told him to give me my key and I don't need to ever come back. He gave the key and continued his tough guy routine, said you're "not welcome back here!" ... That's like you broke up with a lady, and walking away she says "Well F you, too, you jerk!". I have this all on tape (because upon arriving, I knew the car wasn't going to be done) since he's completely the type of guy who would lie, about the interaction. ~ Thorough bullsh*# artist, who no doubt plays the victim {to his superiors} about every time a customer is upset - And it's worked for him, for some time, obviously. But he in reality has no business being in this job; he's not cut out for it. Service manager had me take an Uber, up from South Carolina (screenshot) to show up, then he casually walked out and told me "Hi - your car's not gonna be fixed.". Yeah I've worked in customer service, at some point when I was young, like him, and a customer is a bit agitated (about anything) I couldn't IMAGINE lifting my hand, to the customer, while he's talking and going 'You stop right HERE ... '. Wow. I btw also later that day called Sales, and asked them to please tell the GM to make sure he sees the review, it's something he should want to know. ~ And the guy I was talking to, said smart-a$$ "You want me to transfer you to the service manager himself, and you can tell him too?" ... I said "He's already gotten his *review*, when I left." These are the facts of what happened - Do not go to this dealership, for any reason. Because I don’t assume management / ownership minds this service center’s behavior, at all. (with this Warranty job, on my car’s steering)

Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??

Just wow! After visiting my local (High Point) Kia for some help with a flashing check engine light and being treated rudely, I made a call to other Kia places and struck gold with Battleground Kia. So friendly, treated me like I was important and they cared. Everyone was friendly, from the lady on the phone, and the service rep., to a sales rep that chatted me up while I waited. (No, he wasn’t trying to make a sale.) very impressed!

Took my Carnival for an oil change, tire rotation and recall on Jan 17. Kaitlyn greeted me with a smile on her face and made me feel so comfortable. The husband always handled everything car and I’ve always felt kinda intimidated in auto spaces. Kaitlin could not have been nicer and more thorough in answering all my many questions. She never made me feel rushed and she took the time to explain my warrantee and even printed it out so I’d have my own copy. When it came time to arrange my Uber she made that seamless and even sent me a personal text assuring me I’d be where I needed to be on time. I was very worried my car wouldn’t be finished in time for me to grab the children from school carpool due to the Recall. She worked her magic and made sure this Mama got to her kiddos, which was so very kind and appreciated. Now all of the above would have been super but to top it off she just had such a genuine air of kindness and service. A natural. I don’t know if there is any shout out you could give to her but she really is a light and deserves some kind of pat on the back. Tammi was there in the office as well that day. She was equally kind, helpful and genuine. What a gift to have two efficient, helpful and friendly ladies by my side to navigate dealing with car stuff…which again is usually not my thing.
