Norman was great. I was browsing vehicles waiting for mine being serviced. He approached and was willing to take a risk with me even though I said I might not end up buying. He was professional, was attentive. Unfortunately it did not work out due to financing. But I will certainly consider coming back to him if/when I decide to get a new Kia.

I recently bought a Kia Sorento out of state before moving to NC. I had a few problems with it and issues getting an honest answer from other Kia locations. Once I moved to NC my neighbor referred me to Kia of Gastonia. Once I got there I was greeted by Morris the service manager. Morris was legitimately concerned about the issues I had been having and assured me he would personally ensure my vehicle was taken care of. Turns out I had an electrical short from a wire that was worn down and it took them some effort to find it. After my vehicle was serviced by Morris and his team, I have had no problems. Those guys are highly professional and they truly care. As long as I have this vehicle I will continue taking it to Kia of Gastonia because I know it will be done right and I won't get the run around like I seemed to get at other dealerships where I didn't actually purchase the vehicle. If you live in the area I urge you to go see Morris and his team because they are first class!

Matthew informed us of any recalls pending on the car and worked with us to set up a time to complete the recalls. Matthew also provided the technician to provide any additional details. We had a great experience with Matthew and the service team. I am looking at possibly buying a new Kia Telluride based on my experience with the Keffer Kia team!

Be careful of the BAIT and SWITCH! Be very careful with the service AND parts department. Was quoted 1 set of tires but they put a different set of tires on. Since they were put on, they could not be considered new so they would not take them back. The only description that the quote gives is the description of what a tire is. Service writer was told on 3/15/2024 and 3/28/2024 which tire I wanted, which were OEM. She even confirmed by walking out and looking at the tire and calling parts department to confirm it was the same tires. Be careful of the BAIT and SWITCH!

Brought my Optima in for repair ( needs heater core) the week before Memorial Day; it was there over a week and they never got to it since they only have 1 mechanic who can do the work. I was told they would call me to get it in ..............still waiting today's date 7/19/16. SO WHERE DO I GO TO HAVE MY KIA FIXED??

Just wow! After visiting my local (High Point) Kia for some help with a flashing check engine light and being treated rudely, I made a call to other Kia places and struck gold with Battleground Kia. So friendly, treated me like I was important and they cared. Everyone was friendly, from the lady on the phone, and the service rep., to a sales rep that chatted me up while I waited. (No, he wasn’t trying to make a sale.) very impressed!
