We told service people car wasn't running right they said get a 70 oil change then drive 1000 miles for oil consumption test we said didnt feel comfy driving it. Agree run from this Service Center! So incompetent. I have a 2024 KIA Sportage and took my vehicle in 3 times to just change the oil. I had so much oil all over my car/ car port. Did t So incompetent. I have a 2024 KIA Sportage and took my vehicle in 3 times to just change the oil. I had so much oil all over my car/ car port. Did they damage the engine? Very sad it took 3 tries to change the oil and seal it. Now I need some real work and I wouldn't touch this service center especially after the other reviews. The service mgr Brent did send someone to clean up the oil all over the carport and a 25 gift cert but... I would prefer a tech that was knowledgeable enough to change the oil right the first time. More

This was our third purchase at this same dealership, and it was definitely the fastest we have been in and out. Celia took time to show us all the features with my new Sportage, and even helped hook up our phones and apps for both me and my husband. They stayed after closing to complete everything, so that we could drive it home that night. Definitely highly recommend using Celia again. More
