The service advisor was great, but I have issues with 1) the time it took to do an oil change and inspection (over 1 1/2 hours) 2) Whoever drove my passport switched radio station and turned the volume way up. 3) whoever serviced the vehicle did not return the dash display back to my setting. Not being familiar with the display it took me awhile to get it back to my settting.

I ended up going to Honda of New Rochelle after the dealership in Northern Westchester let me down and my salesman at Honda of New Rochelle and their management team took care of me by giving me a deal that I couldn't turn down and matched the 3-year lease that I had previously for my 2022 Honda Odyssey. In addition, I had mistakenly forgot to order the roof rack for my Odyssey EXL as I am an avid bike rider and need the roof rack so that I can carry 3-4 bikes. I called to see how much it was going to cost and originally it looked as if it would be $700 for the rack and installation. I reached out to my salesman Warren Mitchell and he checked with his sales manager Billy Mouzakitis responded immediately with a workable number and could have it done within 3 days!!! I went in today to get it done and was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me for the rack or the installation!!! What a great way to start my weekend as I am heading on the road with my family and a loaded Odyssey to the Cape!!! I had my dog Charlie with me as always and everyone at the dealership made us feel at home and offered Charlie water as it was 92 degrees outside. If you are looking for a dealership to find yourself a Honda then Honda of New Rochelle is where you need to go!!!

He established trust throughout the entire process. From beginning to end the experience was remarkable. My by old age and rust challenged 1999 CRV is back on the road. He has thorough, he was knowledgeable, he took his time to explain, he took his time to answer the questions, did not make me feel like he was out to get another buck, he simply showed excellent customer service and professionalism. I am so glad that I went here! The benefit of going to the dealership is that the Auto Body is also there. Even before I personally went to take my car - the customer service on the phone was very pleasant and they just made the experience to be picture perfect!

Got burned BAD at another dealer for service work. Took a stab at this one. OUTSTANDING !!!!!!! Mechanic actually showed me the replaced parts ! Who does that anymore ???? The service department is run by seasoned professionals. Exactly what I was looking for. The Service Department runs like a well oiled swiss watch !!! Repair was perfect, and I'm a " perfectionist". Being a 40 + year mechanic myself, you turn into a " mechanic perfectionist ". Unfortunately, I'm too old now to do big jobs myself..,,,but the repair looks like I would have done it !!! I will NEVER go to another dealership for repair again. > They have me for life !!
