He was always proactive, and he under-promised and over-delivered, delivering below the schedule and budget he quoted me. And the result was perfect, among the best bodywork I happen to have seen. Without me requesting it, Kurt specified that full scans of my car be done at the dealership before and after the repair. In every way, I am impressed.
