Clean, friendly and professional staff and very efficient. I was told the NY inspection would take about an hour and much to my surprise it took less than 30 minutes. This was my first visit to this BMW center and I did have some confusion when I arrived. I had the understanding my appointment was that day and they had me booked for the following weekend. JR (William), my service rep that day, didn’t blink twice and took me right in and serviced my car and within two hours I was on my way with a clean, vacuumed car.
