The absolute Worst Benz dealer in the USA. - Briansnyc

The absolute Worst Benz dealer in the USA. Constantly rubbing two nickels together to make a penny! Charges for credits cards and marks up by at least 1/2 a % over what they’re charged. Tried charging an undisclosed “core” on a new wheel. As if I should have to pay them $150 to keep what is already mine. This on top of a 1200 wheel, as if they were doing me a favor when I could find OEM wheels online for $750. Quoted $260 for a new Tpms sensor, when OEM from Helms Brothers ( a very classy Benz dealer) has online new for only $87. Scratched the xxxx out of my hood with their post service wash, and then tried denying, saying its touchless. Yeah, OK! 🙄 I can go on and on, why Keeler should be avoided at all costs! Go to them at your own risk. Me, I’d rather drive an extra hour and goto to either Manchester or Springfield. This dealer is a cheap and as unprofessional as they come! Not worthy of being an authorized Benz dealer. MBUSA should re-evaluate their franchise and at a minimum enforce some more stringent code of operation to preserve the MB brand!

Just bought my 2nd E 350 from them and Brian Haney was my salesman. I have always been pleased with their service which has been excellent and responsive. I was especially pleased with Brian. He is terrific. Very easy to talk to and deal with, pays attention to what you say and want and is a delight to deal with. He is certainly NOT your typical cars salesperson.

Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.

It's less a Service Center and more a Storage facility. Despite not having enough techs to do the work, they are clearly accepting lots of service appointments. Which might be acceptable if they gave an ETA on when your car will be ready, but they don't/won't. I'm certain the team has never had any soft skills training either. The nicest person I met was a young guy from the garage in the back. I feel sorry for the workers. It seems like an incredibly toxic workplace (women working reception referred to as "girls", everyone sour/annoyed). Avoid unless it's the absolute last resort. And then buckle in for a terrible and very long ride. You would be better served towing your car to CT...not a joke.

Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......
