I have known Hank for many years, across multiple dealerships. I reached out to him as my lease was ending on my current MB C-class and I was looking to lease another one. Hank made the entire process extremely easy and pleasant. Hank is a consummate professional. Every step of the process ran smoothly. He listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find a great car that fit me perfectly. He was very competitive on pricing as well, so it was a no brainer for me to close the deal with him. He communicated with me for every step of the process and did whatever he could on my behalf to make sure he not only met but exceeded all of my expectations! When it was time for me to pickup my new car, he went out of his way to be there to look me in the eye and shake my hand - it was a really "old school" feeling but it was so greatly appreciated! The staff at RVC were terrific too and the whole experience was 5-stars!!! My wife's MB lease is ending in a few months, and we will be coming back to Hank and RVC for her next car as well!!!

Excellent service and work as always! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I have such reassurance when I take my Mercedes here. I have taken it to other import shops in the past and they simply do not put in the dedication and thorough work that the Mercedes dealership does. I now just only take my Mercedes here to get any work or service done. The communication is nothing but the best and I’m so thankful for my relationship I have built up with Stephen At Mercedes. The vehicles sell themselves, but it’s the service that brings me back for any future vehicle.

Just kudos to Giovanni for a no fuss no muss buying experience. Everything went great from talking, texting with him, we did everything online and over the phone. After I get approved I test drove the car and signed the papers. I only spent less than an hour at the dealership. And also Victor (service dept.) who helped me during my car services. This 2 guys are professional and courteous.

Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......
