They were very organized and very honest. I would be going back to them for future repairs, even though I do not live locally to this dealership. They easily deserve a 5-Star rating.

Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful. Terrible communication, even worse customer service, and they can’t seem to fix issues. Damaging and depreciating the value of the car in the process. I will never buy another Lincoln (or Ford) and I’ll be telling everyone to stay far away from any Lincoln/Ford dealership or vehicle in the future.

The sales person was nice but I guess didn’t have enough time to explane anything on the new vehicle and since there was no owners manual from ford. I guess he was too busy to get to his next sales as they were waiting. And none of the other people offered to go over the options. Also the glove compartment was full of water.

We sent in a vehicle for a Ford recall service and left the vehicle for a couple of days. Upon return to pick up the vehicle they asked us for $206 for unrequested or unapproved service. They would not release the vehicle without paying for this extortion of money.

Took my car with appt to have a thumping noise from right front checked out. Exactly 7 days later I returned to pick up my car due to the fact that it hadn't even been looked at yet by a tech and was unable to get any idea of when it would be looked at. Communication throughout the week was extremely poor, left multiple messages requesting an update and received no response. 3 days after car was brought in was first returned call, "didn't look at it yet, need more time" was the response. After 5 full work days of no one taking the time to look at it I needed the car back. Left message for service manager as well but yet to here back from him
