Once again I have leased a beautiful new Ford from Jack Byrne Ford in Mechanicville and my experience was wonderful. This is at least the 8th or 9th car from this dealer and my outcome is always the same. No problems and I leave with the car that I want.

I found RC Lacy Ford/Subaru when was looking for a Ford - Trains

I found RC Lacy Ford/Subaru when was looking for a Ford Bronco Sport that had several very specific/options I wanted in the vehicle. Lacy Ford had one. I made a call to the dealership (I am from out of NY state) and right from the start you could tell that the personnel at Lacy Ford as well as my specific salesperson (Jake Robinson) were "customer oriented." Jake respectfully fielded all my questions, answered the questions he knew the answers to right away, the questions that were a bit more "service related" he told me he had to speak with his service dept and would get back to me right away-always refreshing to have someone tell you honestly he doesn't know the answer to something rather than blow smoke at you(fyi, the vehicle I wanted happened to be a Ford "Gold Certified used car). Jake got back to me within the hour with an answer to those questions. Thereafter, I test drove the car I wanted while they appraised my car for its "Trade In" value." The initial offer price (buy car price minus my trade in was OK) but since I had another car on my list I needed to check out we did not make a deal that day. I greatly appreciated the fact that Jake, nor the sales manager (Fred Hayes) were pushy in that regard (they knew I was trying to choose between car colors). In any event, once I decided on their car, I contacted the Jake at Lacy Ford again, they were amenable to some further negotiation on price/trade in value (BTW did get a solid/fair trade in price for my vehicle) and soon enough we had a deal. RC Lacy's finance dept (I dealt with Kayla) was also great/easy to work with and they got me very good loans terms and on par with anything (including USAA) I could have got elsewhere. I picked up my Bronco Sport a few days later and left t RC Lacy Ford a VERY satisfied customer. I having been buying/negotiating car purchases for me, as well as my family members and relatives, for over 40 years and RC Lacy ranks at the top of the list of the numerous dealerships I made deals with for me or my family members). I would strongly recommend you check out RC Lacy Ford if they have a car you want or a car you are thinking abut buyng.

Took my truck in for a check engine light. After dealing with a different dealership twice and having them throw all kinds of parts at it the mechanic at Bob Johnsons trouble shot the problem the first time and fixed it. The people were very nice and friendly to deal with.

My electric truck has been in this shop since July 3rd. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received so far if you could even call it service. There’s been zero communication unless initiated by me asking for updates. The most recent correspondence from them was that they had not fixed my truck, that the HYBRID battery was bad (I do not have a hybrid vehicle, 100% electric) and that I would receive an update today. At this point there is gross negligence happening at this dealership, by both the mechanics and the office staff. I would NEVER recommend anyone coming here for any type of repair. If this wasn’t a company fleet truck I would have bailed WEEKS ago.

Due to an accident in which my vehicle was a total loss, I found myself in need of a quality vehicle in short time. My salesperson, Mia Wright , was attentive to my needs and very understanding of my situation. Within 3 days of my wreck, many quality vehicles were test driven, and the perfect vehicle was found for me. My finance manager, Robert Douglas, arranged financing with multiple options. Do not use the service department for anything! I brought my truck to have a simple clock spring replaced. The new spring is working great, but I ended up with a deep scratch on the clear plastic gauge pack cover. I was told by the service manager that they are not responsible for the damage. I was told that they would try buffing it but, if that didn't work I am out of luck. I was also told that the steering wheel is too far from the clear shield for it to be damaged by their tech . The average length screwdriver is 8 inches. More than long enough to do this damage. I will no longer go to Greenwich ford.
