Timothy in service was outstanding! Helped to figure out how to install the teen driver mode in my 2025 Buick encore GX . After visiting multiple dealerships and stumping them with this issue of not being able to enable this mode without an established password that was needed in order to set a password in order to activate teen driver mode. Me living just about an hour one way . Timothy said to me "I am determined to figure this out " and sure enough after troubleshooting the issue he figured out that I would have to bring vehicle in and he had to reset with a GMC specific device. It was quite challenging and took time to figure out but , He did !! Just as promised!! Thank you Timothy & team!! Oh and they even washed my car !!! Talk about separating West Herr from the rest ! This is why ! Hands down West Herr !!! I will be back !! Thank you for your incredible customer service!!!
