Robert long rlng03@yahoo.com I brought my truck in for the brakes which were soft and even at driveway speeds couldn’t stop my truck. On the morning I brought it in the brakes were working a lot better and I called to tell the service department that I said I understand they are working well now but there is an issue please don’t give it back to me not doing anything I would like the vacuum booster changed as it is on extended warranty. The advisor said they will take care of the vacuum booster or they will probably change the vacuum booster something of that sort. He told me there were a few other issues and because it seemed they were taking care of me I had them fix the other issues to give them a little extra business. I got my truck home and realized they never even changed the vacuum booster they said it was all just the back brakes which is bs I know the difference between almost zero brake pressure and wearing brakes beyond the fact that it got better…. So the back brakes magically got better overnight to make it feel like normal braking but the days before when I tried driving it they let the pedal go straight to the floor? That is the worst troubleshooting ever. So I spent $1200+ on $250 worth of parts that I would’ve just done myself believing that they were doing what I ask/ they said they were doing. He also said the brakes are a feeling better which is an absolute lie they felt the same as when I brought the truck in that morning. Not even getting into the fact that someone was in my center console because stuff was on the seat that was in there and the compartment in front of that had things moved around…… like I told your service tech I bought my truck from there and have been looking to trade it in for and upgrade an a 2500 at4 but seeing how your service people are for a real safety concern item your dealership will no longer be an option and I will no longer be telling people to get vehicles from there
