My Ford App said my battery on my 2023 Explorer was low, then my engine light came on. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving around noon. Tried to get my usual Ford service, but they could not help me until Wednesday. I did not know what to do! I called Chalmers service and gentleman name Dwayne (spelling?) told me to bring it to quick lane.
I drove to your quick lane and service adviser Jose Valdivia was so helpful, right away he said they will check out the battery and the engine light on. He mentioned these two issues may be connected. He is very knowledgeable. They took my car in in no time and Ken, and in a little while Ken, the service technician came back and said the battery is ok, that he will take the car in and check the light. He performed diagnostics and the light turned off.
What a relief for me! These guys treated me so nice and Jose was so helpful getting things going I was so impressed with how they treated me. I am so happy I can drive the car without having to worry about the engine light. The fact that they immediately took care of my problem on Saturday afternoon and they worked together and went above and beyond to solve the problem, is really impressive.
Jose and Ken changed my huge problem into no problem with their kindness and help. They both receive 5 stars from me!
