This dealership use to be pretty good with both customer service and vehicle service. The past two times of having our vehicles serviced there, our vehicles have come out of the shop worse than what they we service and vehicle service. The past two times of having our vehicles serviced there, our vehicles have come out of the shop worse than what they went in. Now the dealership is saying we have to pay for the part they messed up on one of our vehicles because the technician didn’t do their job correctly. We’re now having to take our other vehicle back because the tire rotation and alignment is causing the vehicle to shake really bad. Our service advisor has tried to work things out and be helpful, but the entire service team has been a letdown. More

In general I'm very happy with the dealership, but today I was disappointed in my maintenance checkup of my new car. The people were great, and they definitely were helpful, it was your prices that were out I was disappointed in my maintenance checkup of my new car. The people were great, and they definitely were helpful, it was your prices that were out of line. I was told that my cabin filter had been destroyed by mice and needed to be replaced. I asked what it would cost and I was told $190. I said no I'll do it myself. I asked if the technician would mind showing me how to get to the filter, and he was very kind and showed me what to do. It literally took him less than a minute to access the filter and less than a minute to put it all back together. When I got home I checked Amazon and I got a filter for my car for $10. How can you charge $190 for less than 15 minutes of work and a $10 part? That's just obscene. If he had told me it would be 50 bucks, I probably would have done it, and that's still five times the cost of the part. Plus, you guys probably pay even less than that for Toyota parts wholesale. If you want your clients to use your services charge a fair price. So to recap, the people were awesome, Toyota's prices were absurd. More
