We turned in our 2013 Escape for a 2016 Escape. Bill Barton was very knowledgeable about all the Ford products and was very efficient. He took the time to show all the details on our new vehicle before we drove it away. Bill is a real Ford guy. My family have been buying vehicles from this dealership for 20+ years and have always been happy with the results. The service department is also very good.

Would never go back after purchasing 2 vehicles from them. Bought my jeep in for service for a problem and after spending 2000 dollars the problem still occurred. Now they want another 1500 dollars to try another fix. They are guessing to fix my issue spending my hard earned money. I called to speak to my service person who just gave me the runaround talking to me bery rude as I was stupid. I asked if he will guarantee that the 1500 will fix my problem this time and he wouldn't commit. So I believe I wanted 2500 dollars the first time. I called to speak to the service manager regarding my issue and he never returned my call I will never go back to pur have or service a vehicle with Ramsey jeep

Horrible place to buy a car. I was hoping they were a brand new business because none of them know what theyre doing. But apparently theyve been open for a few years. First they forgot to get copies of our licenses so we had to send them pictures, no big deal. On the way home from the dealership the traction control light came on the dash and it started shifting strange with the rpms jumping. Then the check engine light came on. All on the way home from the dealership. Not such a big deal, they told us to bring it back so they can fix it. We brought it back, they got the lights to go off, then a half hour after leaving the traction control light came on and it started shifting weird again. At this point the owner starts telling us that we have to call the bank and tell them the car is running good so he could get his money from them, we didnt wanna give the bank false information so we waited until it was running good to call them . The owner said it couldn't wait and we had to call them right away otherwise we would lose our down payment and have to bring The vehicle back, I called the bank and asked them if that was true, they said thats not true. They said they could wait until its fixed. The vehicle is under warranty but we didnt trust them to fix it at that point. So we brought it to a local garage and paid to get it fixed. They did it with no problem. Owner was supposed to reimburse us but that hasn't happened. Then we realize its past due for an oil change. Had to go pay for that as well. While getting the oil change at a local shop I asked to to look it over and let me know if they think it will pass an inspection. They found a coolant leak and an oil leak, then showed me the inside of the tires were worn down to the metal so theres no way it would pass. All laws say that vehicles have to be sold with good tires. We put 2,500 down and will be paying for it for the next 4 years, we trusted that it would be good enough to pass inspection. I asked the owner if he would get us good tires and he wanted to wait until the bank approved the loan. 3 days before our temporary plate expired they contacted us amd said the bank still needed more information. We gave them what they needed but didn't get a response until the day that our tag expired. Now its been a week since the bank approved the loan and the dealership still hasn't processed our registration or provided us with a license plate. The owner doesn't wanna talk about the tires, and we just got a letter from the bank saying they still didn't get proof of our licenses. After we gave them our licenses to copy in person, then sent them pictures of our licenses They still haven't sent it to the bank. Owner and employees are incompetent and disrespectful. We have bought enough vehicles in the past to know that something is seriously wrong with this place. As a father with 3 kids I truly wish I wouldve went somewhere else and I wouldn't want to see anyone go through this. The owner also told me this is just one deal for him and really doesnt matter to him anyway, he told me when its processed they won't be able to mail the license plate to me, ill have to drive 2 hours to go pick it up on bald tires. I'm really hoping he will replace the tires when we get there but he hasn't said that he will. He just avoids the question. I've literally never left a bad review on anything in my life but this is too much.

I have had 3 Scions serviced at this dealership and have always found them to be pleasant and professional. My service advisor, Thurman Roberts has always been more than happy to go the extra mile to make my experience a good one. Service is always done right the first time and I always get a call letting me know when my car is ready ( if I am not waiting for it ). Overall I would recommend this dealership for any Toyota or Scion service. I have been to a few different dealerships but will always go back to Caldwell Toyota.

Rude managers with no integrity. - BSen11

Rude managers with no integrity. Auto techs that are incompetent. This is a long review, I'm posting this so other people don't get burned by like me. These guys have zero integrity and cannot be trusted. I brought my car in for a suspension issue and a 4 wheel driver error code. I was told I needed some new air suspension parts, a new 4 wheel drive computer module, and they said i needed a new water pump. They quoted me $4200 and I decided to just get it done. Then I got a call a week later and they said they had to change other suspension parts and the new total was $7200! Apparently, when it comes to air suspensions, these guys will just start changing random parts hoping it fixes the problem. When the car was "finished". I picked it up to find the suspension height on was wheel was 2inches higher than the rest. I brought it back and they said, sorry they made a mistake. then after waiting 2 more hours the same wheel was 3/4" higher than the rest. and said that the best they could get it! The manager was rude and said its close enough! I gave up. Over the next month I noticed one of my rear suspension was dropping height over night. I called and told them and they were rude, defensive and said they would take a look but would charge me more for any repairs. I told them I was planning to sell the car and wanted to make sure it was fixed first. The manager said "If you're selling it, let the new buyer worry about it". I'm not a xxxxxxx, so i didn't do that. I decided not to go back there obviously. Turns out they missed the real problem I diagnosed later myself. The rear right air bladder had a small leak that was causing the air suspension pump to work extra hard and burn out, They never changed the rear bladder, , instead they changed the front left air/shock assembly, that was the extra $2800; the air pump and the air manifold. for an other $2200 I ended up changing the rear bladder myself, it cost me $250 for the part. And I purchased an aftermarket OBD tool for $100 to adjust the suspension height. After the repairs I made, the suspension is working perfectly and the air shocks are all even and level. In summary, I fixed myself what their auto techs could not. I'm also wondering if my 4 wheel drive module and water pump were never damaged either. Ill never know for sure. I recommend no one gets their cars serviced here ever.
