I have been dealing with the Brian and the service dept. for over 15 years through multiple vehicles. They are always friendly and fix the issues and concerns with our vehicles. The staff really steps up to the plate! The cashiers in service are exceptional and go beyond the so called "call of duty". I wanted to use my Dodge CC points to pay for the oil service and The cashiers in service are exceptional and go beyond the so called "call of duty". I wanted to use my Dodge CC points to pay for the oil service and FNBO is the absolute pits to deal with but the cashiers, even though disgusted by FNBO's runaround, they never gave up and got the job done! Kudos! Will recommend Precision CJDR as a definite go to! More
