My wife traded in her 2016 Jeep Compass and paid cash for 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee $24k. We were told by Rich Allen he was gassing up the vehicle before detailing. We left dealership with 1/2 tank of fuel an 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee $24k. We were told by Rich Allen he was gassing up the vehicle before detailing. We left dealership with 1/2 tank of fuel and 2 sets of keys with bad batteries in the key fobs. We signed all paperwork and given a figure of over $24k in which we went to our bank and came back with cashier's check. Shook hands and left. We were told Rick and Anthony would contact us when the registration and title were received. My wife called 3 weeks later and was told both were sitting in the dealership. My wife picked it up and 30 minutes later Anthony called for Lisa. I called back and he said there was a $59.00 error and would it be a problem to drive over and pay for the mistake. I said "absolutely not, we were given a 1/2 tank of fuel, 2 key fobs that needed new batteries and waited 3 weeks to be contacted only to call and find out all paperwork was sitting there. We did not make the $59.00 error and were very unhappy that he would ruin a $35k sale that would have received 5 stars for all concerned. What a joke of a question? Long-time Pellegrino Jeep customer—I always get excellent service, and I purchase the Jeep Wave maintenance package which is cost effective in my opinion. Which covers the oil change, fluids and tire rotatio service, and I purchase the Jeep Wave maintenance package which is cost effective in my opinion. However, after reading the one review about someone not getting their windshield wiper fluid filled I checked mine and it doesn’t seem to have been topped off. I will have to inquire on my next service to make sure it gets done. More
