My overall experience was good however, the initial interaction was disappointing. I had scheduled a 10:00AM appointment for my repair and it was not looked at until 3:00PM the next day! Why would you offer appointment scheduling if you are not able to meet the time scheduled or at least within an hour or two of the appointment time. I was thankful I choose not To wait when I brought my vehicle in if I had this review would not be favorable at all.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done, without any pressure or upselling. Communication throughout the process was excellent.I was kept informed every step of the way, and the work was completed exactly when promised. What really stood out was the attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work and makes you feel confident that your vehicle is in good hands. Because of this experience, I will absolutely be returning to Feldman Chevrolet for all of my future service needs.

They were ready for me upon my arrival. I was greeted warmly and professionally. The service center was very clean. The waiting lounge was very comfortable and clean with the amenities of refreshments,TV and I think wifi also. It was amazing to watch a real time audio video of my vehicle being serviced!! Since I had a morning. appointment, doughnuts or other pastries would have been delicious with the coffee.

The service department always takes great care of my truck. Campbell is the only place my F150 goes for service. I greatly appreciate that when asked the service manager lets me know what services will be needed in the future. For instance, my tires are fine for now, but will probably need to be replaced before next winter. This will be a big expense, and it gives me time to plan.

Just purchased a used VW Tiguan last weekend. Corey was a pleasure to deal with. He had the car ready and waiting for our test drive and was able to answer all questions clearly. And no joke, while we were there, another couple expressed interest in the vehicle, and Corey handled the situation professionally and courteously. Low to no pressure sales and made the entire experience positive. (Also -- super nice touch -- when we picked up the car, he'd had it detailed and a full tank of gas!)
