Best dealership I’ve ever had my Ford vehicles serviced and only one I’ve been using for past few years. If you want a dealership who cares about its customers then you need to be coming to Bob Maxey in Howell MI. I’ve owned Ford vehicles for most of my adult life and they are hands down the best. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the work done they will have you bring it back or pick it up for you and make sure it is fixed or maintenance is done correctly with no hassle or push back. I’ve had excellent service from both the collision shop and regular service dept of this dealership. We bought our current Escape used from Brighton Ford but we will definitely be buying our next Ford from Bob Maxey!!

After arriving late in the day to check out a pre-owned vehicle listed for sale by Shaheen Cadillac, I was referred to Used Vehicle Sales at Shaheen Chevrolet where I met Erick. I stopped in for a scheduled service appointment on my leased 2023 Jeep Cherokee hybrid. I was glad to be greeted by Kevin, who then started my appointment on time. I’ve worked with Kevin before. He’s kind and courteous, gets the job done on time and makes the experience about as pleasant as possible. This held true, and Kevin was even able to take care of the current recall on the vehicle, which emails had told me wouldn't be possible. Kevin had me back on the road early having delivered more than promised. Kevin is one of the reasons that we keep coming back to your dealership.

I love the car but must say I was pretty disapointed in the shape of the car when I picked it up. It had not been gone through, still had something spilled down the inside of the drivers door. Also they told me I would have a full tank of gas. I had 1/2 a tank. Just little things like that disapointed me.

The administrative assistant Alissa who handled our calls and texts was also excellent—very responsive and helpful. The car itself was spotless, came with brand new tires, and all the fluids were inspected (many even replaced), which gave me extra peace of mind. We were in and out of the dealership quickly, and the entire process was seamless. Everyone we worked with was kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
