If it was up to me I will not give one star to Jim Riehl's Honda in Clinton Twp, I called the service department trying to schedule m 2026 HR-V for service as I found oil leakage in my drive way, they don't offer any loaners so I asked if they can drop me off once I take my car to them because I live 6 miles away they won't do it so I said what kind of service is that the lady I was talking to had very attitude and very unprofessional talking to me like she is the customer and I am the customer service agent. Very rude staff and I will never ever go there for anything. Shame on Honda to have dealership like that.

We were driving through the upper peninsula from Sault Ste. Marie to Port Austin when our 2019 Honda Civic Touring started making noise in the front left wheel area. We opted for going directly to Thelen Honda for a diagnosis versus a brake shop even though it was near closing time. Are we ever glad we did. We received fantastic service from Thelen Honda and they had us back on the road in short time. They explained everything to us and noted that the problem we encountered was due to an issue in service two weeks prior back home in Canada.
