I purchased my Honda from Nina (thank you to Luis for the referral BUT you can actually go see him now), and I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about every experience since. Whenever my car needs service, Jim is always gracious and efficient in scheduling my appointments. On one occasion, I needed a rim repaired due to a scratch on the black finish, and he was able to take care of that as well. When my vehicle required more extensive maintenance that took additional time, the team provided me with a loaner so I could run errands instead of waiting for hours, which I greatly appreciated. The service department (Jim, Mark and Matthew) is consistently accommodating, kind, and professional, and I always leave with a positive experience. It really makes a difference when you feel connected to your Honda family. I was fortunate to receive the family discount last year, and they continue to treat me like family every single time I walk through the door. April/May 2026 Updates— Service department is phenomenal. They do an excellent job and really try to take care of you. Grateful for Matthew, Mark and Jim! I obviously purchased all the warranties and protections possible for my car but utilizing them has been so seamless should any need arise! More
