I needed an oil change for my Accord and called for appt. I had the privilege to be assisted by AI program. I was able to get an appt. Aaron checked me in and elected to wait on my vehicle. Service advisor met me at my car before I turned off the engine and got out of the car. Very thorough with questions at car. Offered service options at his desk and didn't try to up sell anything.
