Purchased my vehicle in February 2026. Awesome buying experience. Went today to get an oil change. Horrible service. Asked for a quote on a wiring harness. Justin said he would get me the quote while the oil change was being completed. He forgot. When the porter was pulling my vehicle in, he came about 2 inches from hitting a bucket in the doorway. When I suggested moving the bucket to prevent an accident, I was ignored. Two employees did hear me. Justin gave me the price for my oil change of $74. I specifically stated that it was a few dollars cheaper than originally stated. When I went to pay, it was higher. The receptionist walked back to ask. Justin didn't scroll down all the way to see the actual price before telling me the total. My comment should have been his clue to double-check. As I returned to my vehicle, he stated he now had the total for the wire harness. They want to charge $400 for labor to install a wire harness plus parts ($580 total) for a vehicle sold with a trailer hitch. Then, to top things off, as I am getting into my vehicle, an employee comes from the front, around the side, and squeezes through. Says excuse me. He couldn't wait 2 seconds for me to finish getting in before rubbing past my paint and possibly scratching my door or pushing it into me. I was extremely disappointed and likely will only be back for my free oil change; I am owed with my new car purchase. This is definitely not what I expected after the wonderful buying experience I had with Donovan. I have a Honda dealer 2 miles from my home, yet I chose to drive over 9 miles each way to return where I bought my vehicle. I was assured they had a wonderful service department. The first impression was not good. I am very disappointed. More
Called because my headlights would go dim when put in drive told, they told me was normal Brand new vehicle at time. Then car was dead at eye doctors, so called to find out battery size they claimed batt drive told, they told me was normal Brand new vehicle at time. Then car was dead at eye doctors, so called to find out battery size they claimed battery was 520 CC , come to find out had to buy new battery and one in vehicle was Not 520 CC . Also brought in for recall and service instead of undoing car seats , ripped car seats right off !? Husband and I both bought a Honda one red and one blue , NOW PAINT PEELING OFF BOTH VEHICLES!!! More

Very rude staff and I will never ever go there for anything. Shame on Honda to have dealership like that. More
Brought my 2018 Honda CRV for recall work and oil change on Monday 3/17/25. Was told on 3/18 that it was ready for pick up. Agreement was made to pick it up on Wednesday, 3/19. On arrival, they were unable on Monday 3/17/25. Was told on 3/18 that it was ready for pick up. Agreement was made to pick it up on Wednesday, 3/19. On arrival, they were unable to locate my vehicle or keys for about 20 minutes. I asked, You lost my vehicle? The answer, No, we just can't find it. When it was located, I was shocked and disgusted to find the inside totally trashed. Driver's side: muddy. Front passenger had items normally kept in the rear. Back seat also trashed. On arrival home, it took me over an hour to clean my vehicle. Makes me wonder if the work I took it in for was actually done and why they felt the need to trash my vehicle. More
I spoke with service department’s Ms. Kayla Gasparetto regarding issues with my car. She was knowledgeable and understood the situation, gave me an appointment right away away. Chris was accessible to answer questions and ensured that this experience would go flawlessly (wife’s birthday present). Other car manufacturers/dealers were more concerned about their interests instead of the customer’s best interests. You can tell that the culture at Jim Riehl’s Friendly Honda is truly friendly. The other team members working behind the scenes should also be recognized. As well, Jim and Tony who delivered the car were professional and personable. Suddenly I had a loud noise around my wheel well. I brought it in to Jim Riehl’s. They got me in right away. Maybe 20 minutes later it was done. Turns out a stone got inside the wheel.
