I recently had an oil/filter change. Also asked about a rattle I was hearing in front of car. Checked pressure in my tires too. They did a nice job. Courteous as well. I scheduled service and Jim Riehl's Honda dealership closed due to covid-19. The service department couldn't take the time and call the people who had service scheduled and let them know they were clos closed due to covid-19. I really think you guys up there did not know any thing about any thing. You have been giving me false statement after false statements one run around after another. And now have caused me a big headache and unnecessary aggravation I don't think you should be allowed to mislead people, and I am making it a point to complain about your dealership to SOS and Honda Motors and who ever else need be. Also I am going to give some nasty reviews about your dealership on every and all social media. The car was not even properly prepped, it had alignment issues along with control issues and you hardly spent any time explain the mechanics of it. Here are some reasons that do come to mind why you people did what you did. You guys were outright lazy and I am really upset. You guys could not make money from getting it financed or I didn't fall for the rip off insurance scam for bells and whistles. You are ignorant of the fact that some people do have legit money to buy on cash and not get their blood sucked out from financing. You lied to me from sales tax, to joint name, to MSO. It was like pulling teeth out of you to get any thing.and you kept coming back correcting your own previously made statements. Shame on you folks. also the sos informed me that it can be corrected but not cancelled after lapse of 24 hrs. This has been the worst experience and i wish to God I hadn't bought the vehicle from you guys, by passing some decent folks out there. The guy who is running the show, Has some issues I don't know what. I think the owner of this outfit needs to be made aware. I really don't think he would appreciate it. And if he is in on it, then sooner or later he will be flying a kite then selling cars. I have seen it happen to quite a few company's in my life time.Poor performance from its employees some times become the main cause of it going down the tubes.
