The service department was great, i called to have my F150 Lightning get checked out for not going into drive or reverse. I got an appoint the next morning, i got a text confirming my appt. Chris at the service desk checked me in an game me his card, the i got a follow up txt after i left. He also flagged two software recall update needed to be done. I txt him at 1pm to fine or the status, he responded right back and told me it will be ready on an hour. The problem that was fix was the 12v battery needed to be replaced. It was all under the Ford warranty. Chris was very professional and easy to deal with.
