A first class dealership- No pressure, very accommodating to our requests for info and to our indecision. We drove 50 miles to get to Copeland just because we preferred the color of the used Bolt EUV they had in stock to what was available closer, but very glad we did. A first class outfit that made the process of dropping $25K on a car we might end up living with for 10 years as painless as possible. A great place for those of us that hate shopping for cars.

I was in and out in a few hours with my new car! Durnell in financing was also awesome, no pressure re: coverage packages, easy signing electronically and just a really nice person. Buying a car is stressful enough, but trying to find the right one to learn in without having a license can make it even harder. From the start, Daniel was kind, knowledgeable, and never judgmental. He made the process completely stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel silly for asking. Andrew was amazing at walking me through the “tough stuff,” helping me find a payment I was comfortable with and the coverage I needed to protect my new Jeep for the long haul. Nick went above and beyond showing me all the features my Jeep has and letting me know I could reach out anytime if I needed help. I’m so thankful to have a “new to me” Jeep to learn in, and I’ll definitely be sending all my friends to Daniel when they’re ready for their next car!

I scheduled a test drive for a 2015 Honda Civic for my stepdaughter with no hassle.The day of the test drive heavy rain did not allow it and we re-scheduled .without any issues for the following Monday. On Monday everything was smooth, financing was offered but we were already prequalified by our bank. Frank Brown and Ed Osorio guided us through the process and we closed the sale that same Monday. We picked up the car on Thursday 09/11/25 after a few things were done to the car as promised, on TIME!!!!! NO lies and excuses. Very happy so far. Thank You, Frank Lopez.
