I don't remember the Man's name but, he sits at the end of the service lane where you take your car out. Anyway, he treats me with the upmost respect always! Today he went above and beyond! Wouldn't accept a tip or coffee or even donuts! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

This is an update to my review on yesterday 2-28-24. After writing my review, I was contacted by Jeff, the service manager. He was very apologetic about my experience at Bob Bell and also offered me a free oil change and tire rotation my next visit. I also received a call today, from Greg, who was my service advisor, who also apologized and made sure everything was going well with my vehicle. My 2nd issue was resolved at no charge to me. I’m happy! Thank you guys for the follow up.

After a daunting experience at Chevy of Bowie, I was pissed & felt like I was being ROBBED from the service advisor there $265 for an oil change on my 2019 Corvette. I immediately called my original service team at Chevy of Waldorf to check if I had paid anything close to that price which I know that I hadn’t , when Victoria told me to come down there immediately so that they can handle the exact same Mobile 1 synthetic oil change for $120 it was explained to me that they don’t know what or who they get the same oil from but that was an OUTRAGEOUS price for that & I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO CHEVY OF BOWIE!!!
