From the moment you arrive, their communication throughout the entire process, you feel as if their entire team has your back. It's not always fun having to bring a car in for service...life disruption, work, kids, etc. David and the Koons staff get that and make sure they alleviate as much of that stress as possible from start to finish. However, the staff from the Service Manager, lot attendants and my Service Advisor Dakota were patient and let me unload my truck, checked it in and was fixed the next day! This is an update to my review on yesterday 2-28-24. After writing my review, I was contacted by Jeff, the service manager. He was very apologetic about my experience at Bob Bell and also offered me a free oil change and tire rotation my next visit. I also received a call today, from Greg, who was my service advisor, who also apologized and made sure everything was going well with my vehicle. My 2nd issue was resolved at no charge to me. I’m happy! Thank you guys for the follow up.

I brought my 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with approximately 145,000 miles on it in for transmission service and couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the service at Lexington Park Chevrolet. Kenny, the Service Manager, as well as the service technician were very helpful in recommending the correct type of service that was required. Accomplishing the task included complete transmission and cooler system flush and filter replacement. All work was completed in about 3 hours and at a very reasonable and affordable price. I can definitely say without reservation that having this service done at a dealership that has the right equipment and people with the right training and experience was the best choice. I highly recommend the professionals at Lexington Park Chevrolet!

Wantz Taneytown is wonderful. They are excellent at explaining any issues and are very accommodating. Last year I had a dead battery on a Saturday morning. I called them and they drove to my home in Littlestown to pick up my car and drove it back to my home once the work was completed, I never had to leave my house. After a daunting experience at Chevy of Bowie, I was pissed & felt like I was being ROBBED from the service advisor there $265 for an oil change on my 2019 Corvette. I immediately called my original service team at Chevy of Waldorf to check if I had paid anything close to that price which I know that I hadn’t , when Victoria told me to come down there immediately so that they can handle the exact same Mobile 1 synthetic oil change for $120 it was explained to me that they don’t know what or who they get the same oil from but that was an OUTRAGEOUS price for that & I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO CHEVY OF BOWIE!!!
