Customer service was excellent. My car issue was an intermittently working A/C unit on a recently used chevy I recently purchased from another dealer. The customer service rep and the mechanic (Hector) both took great care to resolve the complex issue my car had. They ended up recommending to me to go back to the dealer where I purchased the car with a strong recommendation of the issue they needed to resolve. Hector literally treated my car as though it was his own.

I worked with Dina Bartolommeo (Service Department) and she couldn’t have been any nicer and is great at her job. From scheduling the work, arranging a ride to the rental car facility to always keeping me updated on the work by text messages or phone calls. Thank you Dina for a job well done!!
