I custom ordered a 2025 Grand Wagoneer L Series 3 Obsidian from Scott. This was hands down the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. The process was easy, Scott and Manager John T kept me informed throughout the build and went above and beyond to help me secure financing and overall ensure my happiness once it was delivered. I concluded financing with Jamin who also was a saint. This team is impeccable and I absolutely will return when my husband upgrades his car and my daughter will be driving soon. I’m so incredibly happy with my stress free experience and have nothing but great things to say! I even received a follow up call from regional manager Ron which truly impressed me. We had our Jeep service twice from Adams and service was great so in October 2024 I called and ask to to speak with the sales manager and purchase or order a Jeep Wrangler from them. We said we would be up there in an hour and he agreed. we got there and he he would be with us shortly. We waited a half hour and went back to meet with him. He was still on the phone and ignored us. We decided to leave and go else where. We drove to another dealership and was greeted by their sales manager! He ask what type of Jeep ? We pointed to the Jeep for liked and he said take it for a test drive! Within 2 hrs the paper work was done and we drove home! Adams lost A $65,000 sale and we will never go back!!! Joh and Sandy

I had to call for updates and received one that told me they took another car in front of mine after telling me that they were working on mine. It made my plans very complicated.

Purchased a vehicle here last week. We have been searching for a truck over the last few years but haven’t made a purchase due to the high Covid prices. When we began to look again I contacted 7 different dealers with the last being Prince Frederick Jeep and Dodge. My has family owns 9 different Jeep, Dodge, or Ram products which have all been purchased from the same dealer locally. All of the quotes I got back seemed a bit high for my liking until I spoke with Robbie at Prince Frederick who got back with me quickly with a much more reasonable quote. Robbie was a great salesman. Clearly experienced, knows the product he’s selling, and doesn’t play and of the sketchy salesman games. When meeting with Robbie, he was very polite and accommodating. Even giving advice from his own experience owning a Gladiator. My wife also appreciated how sweet he was with our young baby, making him laugh while we discussed the vehicle. After deciding to make a deal on the vehicle the finance manager, Danny discussed options we had for the purchase. Danny was incredibly polite and was willing to bring the price down on the vehicle. This was incredibly crucial in us pulling the trigger on our first family truck. Thank you Danny and Robbie. We are very appreciative. Your dealership will be the first place we look at when time to upgrade my wife’s vehicle! Since our purchase some of the other dealers we had originally looked at have texted me….. all I will say in this regard is this only has solidified our purchase decision from a polite and professional dealer. 5 star experience!

my stepfather James was in their dealership a few days ago he is a disabled senior citizen that had to have his car looked at the issues that were wrong with his car was to replace the harness and a few wires I looked up the price of these parts and their little under $600 they assisted on wanting to charge him at least $2,600 for the work taking advantage of disabled senior citizens to make three times the profits off of Labor is unacceptable I feel that this is my obligation to reach out to the Better Business Bureau and follow complaint against this company because charging someone nearly $2,000 for labor is a scam so if you're looking to have work done at this dealership I would strongly reconsider other options I mean I would like to see this company negotiate a better price with Mr James then I may feel obligated to change my strongly negative review about this company a job like this should probably be about $1200 Parts should be 600 to 800 and labor should be about 400

I bought a used vehicle here,within months it started consuming lots of oil, I took it to the dealer where they only performed oil changes, never once they took me serious, My car engine died 2 years later, please dont buy any vehicles here. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty
