I had originally started working with Tyler, he was great to work with but he just happened to be off when I came to pick up my new Jeep. I was pleasantly greeted by Thomas, the sales manager. Shortly after I was introduced to Scott to help set up connective service. Scott was amazing to deal with, from the time I started speaking to him to the time I left, Thomas, the sales manager and Darlene, the finance manager were also incredible to work with. They were all more than happy to answer any questions I had, and gave me quick and accurate answers. I had expected to be there much longer than I actually was. Thank you all so much for your help!

So far so good I spoke to a guy James after dealing with a shady sleazy dealer earlier in the day that made me drive two hours out of my way and didn’t even have the cars at the site when I contacted this dealership James answered. I told him what happened earlier in the day and that I didn’t have the patience to put up with that xx again he made it super simple allowed me to do. The whole transaction through text messaging sent me prices and told me breakdowns of different scenarios. I’m in the process of getting a ram 1500 bighorn. I still haven’t talked to the finance team but dealing with James was a breath of fresh air after my aggravating day yesterday.

I can’t recommend Lexington Park CDJR enough! I was on a mission to lease a very specific 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X in Reign with the Sky One-Touch top. I already had an offer from another dealer, but Dewayne, spent hours working through every detail with me to not just match it, but significantly beat it. This was by no means an easy feat but the time and effort put in was worthwhile! By the time we finalized the deal, the dealership was closing and I was still nearly two hours away. Dewayne, along with Melissa in the financing office and their dedicated staff, actually stayed behind and waited for me to arrive so I could take delivery that night. I have purchased many cars over the years and have had several different experiences along the way, but this last experience was by far the best. The team truly went above and beyond my expectations. If you want a team that actually listens and goes the extra mile, go see them!

Wow! Thats all I can say about this dealership. Spent the early morning speaking with salesman, Josh. Nothing but respect for this man. Definitely stuck in the middle of poor management. Drove over an hour because we were told that the money we needed for the trade-in could be met and did not see it to be a problem. Unfortunately, there is false advertising on the website so do not buy into the 125% of Kelley Blue Book scam. Immediately walked into the dealership and employees were sitting there on their phone scrolling because the dealership was absolutely dead on Memorial Day weekend. That goes to show what kind of dealership it actually is. Test drove two vehicle vehicles, a Duran Duran, Durango and Jeep Cherokee L. Josh came over with the numbers and the numbers were completely wrong from what the Internet had listed. Again scam. Assistant manager, Fred came over and was very demeaning and disrespectful and acting as if we were not a valued customer. Decided after the numbers were given that we would walk away as the numbers given were not the numbers promised after we drove an hour. Then spoke to Slate on the way out who gave me the contact information for President Shawn Frick. Attempted to contact Shawn to no avail and no answer. Attempted to call the other number listed on the Google reviews, and we were unable to leave a message and of course again, no answer. The dealership needs a little bit better representation than having dumb and dumber at the front desk negotiating numbers. Also, the dealership shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Yes we were in gym clothes, but please know we were able to afford that vehicle. Also, you should attempt to negotiate with your customers. If you’re telling them they needed a certain amount down why don’t you attempt to see how much they could put down and see if there’s anything that could be done with the numbers to make up the difference. No, instead your dealership is dead on Memorial Day weekend and a sale must not be that important to you based on the way your salesman were sitting around scrolling on their phones. Avoid this dealership. Definitely been in contact with Heritage since we left and much better experience already!

I bought a used vehicle here,within months it started consuming lots of oil, I took it to the dealer where they only performed oil changes, never once they took me serious, My car engine died 2 years later, please dont buy any vehicles here. I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they said there was nothing wrong with the engine. This dealer sells bad vehicles, do not buy here, they won't honor the warranty
