Highly recommend these guys. I worked with Ashley, very professional and very helpful. I’m not from Louisiana, found the car, 2020 Porsche Macan S, on auto trader at a great price well below what others were asking and low miles. I had to fly in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Everything went seamlessly. I was picked at the New Orleans airport by one of their drivers, perfect, no expense to me. When we got to the dealership all the paperwork was done and waiting for me. The only thing I had to wait on was the car which was being detailed. About 30 minutes later I was presented with a 5yr old car that looked brand new. I drove the 900mi back to South Florida with no problems. I brought it to my mechanic for a very thorough post purchase inspection. He was amazed at how clean and mechanically sound the car was. Overall great experience wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

I went pick up my vehicle on January 29. I get in it and I see there’s a crack on my windshield. I go back in and I tell the girl working there there’s a big crack going up my windshield on the driver side from all the way at the bottom up. She calls the manager and they go look at the pictures that were taken before I dropped it off. They realize that no pictures were taken of my windshield. Well I was then told by the service manager that they can cover my insurance deductible or they can pay for it. So I told him I will let him know. Well the man that took the pictures walked to the front and the girl told him he needs to take better pictures since there’s no picture of my windshield. He made the comment “well I didn’t take a picture because nothing was wrong.” I went to the desk and the service manager gave me a card and wrote his name and number on the back for me to find a place near me to get it fixed and to have them call him so he could pay. I called around and got an invoice. I told the windshield replacement place everything going on and that they need to call the service manager to pay it. In the mean time, I call the service manager and tell him I found a place and he had me send the invoice and a picture over to him. He stated to have them get in contact with him to pay. I go get my windshield fixed and told them again that the Hyundai dealership is paying. That was about two weeks ago. On Monday, I got a called from the windshield replacement place stating that it took them this long to get in touch with the service manager and that he stated I need to go through my insurance because he’s not paying. I try to call him and of course he doesn’t answer and doesn’t return my phone call. I called my case manager from before and he contacted the shop for me. I tried to call the general manager as well and he doesn’t return my call either. I tried calling yesterday as well and still nothing. I get an email from my case manager today asking for more pictures. I called him and told him I have two pictures I could send him. He stated that the service manager is denying everything that has happened and that they are not responsible for paying. I retold everything to my case manager and he took notes and stated he will be contacting the district manager. I then called the Hyundai shop again and told them I’m not getting off the phone until I talk to the service manager because I was fed up with this. He comes on the phone and I restate everything to him. He denies that he ever said they would pay for it and that they don’t do window repairs. He also stated without before pictures there’s nothing he can do. So I told him how his worker flat out said he didn’t take any because nothing was there and he stated wasn’t part of that conversation and he don’t recall that happening. I told him he was literally standing right there when it was stated. The whole time he just kept denying everything. I told him I will keep going up the ladder until something was done and it was like he didn’t even care. Weeks later he is still refusing to pay for my windshield even though where the break was and what was fixed matches up.

We purchased a Ram 1500 in 2021 and it was by far the best experience I've had with a car dealership. As we live over 1000 miles away, they would not have been on my radar for our Ram 1500 had so many people on a Ram Forum not praised their experience with MD. I emailed, requested an "out-the-door" quote for an ordered vehicle (I gave them the options I wanted) and heard back the same day with a price that shocked me when I compared it with local dealers who considered MSRP, less RAM rebates, to be their bottom line. At the time I worked with Aaron Ginsburgh because that's who the Ram Forum kept mentioning but I believe shortly after we bought, they started steering buyers to other salespeople because he was getting overloaded. He was incredibly good to work with. Gave me a good quote on our trade-in based only on the photos I took and one video of the engine running. When we arrived, we were greeted quickly and he took us straight to meet our new truck. Let me add that we made this trip at the tail end of a vacation on the SC coast and we had our dogs with us. This was in July so you can imagine what Louisiana was like around mid-day. He offered to let our dogs go inside to stay cool, but we ended up just letting them stay with my wife in the Jeep with the A/C running. We were paying cash, so our "checkout" process was extremely quick. Like another review said, they mentioned the extended warranty but were extremely low pressure on buying it. When I was there, they were offering a "Louisiana Dealer Services" extended warranty. There were no unexpected charges that arose at the last minute either. I believe it was Thomas Loupe who handled the paperwork. I looked back at my emails and saw that he had even offered to have someone "dog-sit" for us while there if we needed it. After the paperwork, he walked us through all the major features on the truck and answered any questions we had. It was similar enough to our Jeep Grand Cherokee that we really didn't need much assistance. Overall it was a great experience I would not hesitate to repeat in the future. For this transaction, I really wanted to meet Aaron after having worked with him during the entire process, so we drove. I'd probably at least consider having a future vehicle shipped to us. I know this review is years after our purchase but I just rain across this site and wanted to share our experience.

Well let's start with the first time my jeep was worked on here I was told it would take 4 hrs. I called through out the day checking on it. With them telling me they haven't started working on it. When my appointment was at 730 am. Well to sum it up I ended up not having a vehicle for two days. Because of the lack of planning. So I thought it was just a xxxxx. The second time, Had some parts ordered for some warranty work. And I made the appointment at 730 again on a Friday. I call them at 230 to find out what's taking so long. And they tell me once again they haven't started working on it. This is a huge problem when someone needs their vehicles. Especially when told will take a couple of hours. Poor management.

My initial experience at this dealership was great. However, I called them to set up another appointment for service and was unfortunately not helped. I was told that they would order the part and that they would call me back when it was in so I wouldn’t have to come in to the dealership and they not have the part. This seemed like a great idea, but I was never called back. I called them multiple times and the first time I was told that the other person who had ordered the part was not in but they would call me back because they did not have a record of what I was talking about. I never received a call back. After calling multiple times and not being helped, I realized that this dealership must have not wanted my money. This was disappointing because they were great the first time I went there. Also, as I sat in the waiting area during a prior service appointment, I witnessed some great interactions between salesmen and customers, and I would have definitely considered purchasing a vehicle here. Unfortunately, after this experience, this is no longer the case. I wish them the best and hope for their customer service to improve so other customers don't have to have the same experience I had.

My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!!
