My son and I went in looking for one thing, but if course they talked us into something else. To our surprise, we left the lot with a 2016 Tuscan with 92,000 miles on it. We had the vehicle a total of 24 day they talked us into something else. To our surprise, we left the lot with a 2016 Tuscan with 92,000 miles on it. We had the vehicle a total of 24 days to be exact, and the car stopped on my son. We had to get it towed twice, once home and the other to the Hyundai store in West Monroe. The motor was gone in the car. We contacted Hebert Jeep in Natchitoches, LA and was directed to A guy name Thomas. I told him that we shouldn't have been put in that situation especially only having the car for 24 days. The car didn't have a drop of oil in it and was a fresh trade in. So that tells me they didn't properly inspect the car or they just didn't care. I told him we didn’t want the vehicle with something as major as the motor being locked. I wanted our down payment back. Thomas went on to say that oh you not getting any money back. So I had to call above his head to finally get the his matter taken care of. But he was very rude about everything until Mark Hebert was informed about the situation. We did have the LDS warranty thank God, but we should have never been put in the at situation just to make a sale. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. It was the worst experience I ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I'm still dealing with issues from this place. Thomas have lied all across the board with promises that he can't keep or things that's really not in his power to handle. I guess he think he the owner of the place. Mark Hebert really should look into the people have representing his company. Because Thomas is very rude and very unprofessional. Worst I've dealt with. More
