Terrible communication with regard to the multiple recalls I had on the 4xe they sold me, then they sat on my old plate so long that I got an insurance flag on my drivers license. We've bought, at least, our last 6 trucks from Lakeshore. We've found a salesman, Trey Sumner, that will deal with us honestly and almost completely remote. When I come to the dealership I already know what I want, price has been negotiated and paperwork is already begun. I sign and leave, quickly. As long as you have honest people, who are trying to help the customer, we'll continue to buy from Lakeshore. The sales/finance staff are great, service and repair we've never been too happy with and won't come here for that. More
