My experience with Lakeshore Jeep in Kenner has been extremely disappointing and has fallen far below the level of customer service I expected when purchasing a brand-new vehicle. During the sales pr extremely disappointing and has fallen far below the level of customer service I expected when purchasing a brand-new vehicle. During the sales process, promises were made regarding customer support and service after the purchase. Unfortunately, once the sale was completed, those commitments seemed to disappear. When issues arose that required dealership attention, instead of taking responsibility and assisting their customer, I was told to bring my vehicle to another dealership for service. As someone who purchased their vehicle directly from Lakeshore Jeep, I find it unacceptable that they would not stand behind the product and services they sold. Communication has been equally frustrating. Numerous phone calls have gone unanswered, and messages have not been returned. This forced us to take time out of our day and drive to the dealership in person simply to get answers. What made the situation even more frustrating was arriving to find employees sitting behind their desks with little customer traffic, yet apparently unable or unwilling to answer the phone or return calls. Customer service should not end the moment paperwork is signed. Purchasing a new vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve honesty, accountability, and support throughout the ownership experience. Instead, we have been met with poor communication, a lack of follow-through, and an unwillingness to fulfill commitments that were made at the time of purchase. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe potential customers should be aware of the level of service they may receive after the sale. Based on my experience, Lakeshore Jeep has not earned my trust or confidence, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider this before doing business with them. More
Warning to all buyers - especially women. I spent two days negotiating a 2026 Jeep Wrangler at Lakeshore CDJR Kenner and experienced some of the most dishonest dealer tactics I've ever encoun I spent two days negotiating a 2026 Jeep Wrangler at Lakeshore CDJR Kenner and experienced some of the most dishonest dealer tactics I've ever encountered. After negotiating a price and shaking hands on a deal, Finance Manager AJ DeLaneuville changed the price in the finance office, added a $3,999 'Environmental Package' and claimed it was legally required after COVID. This is completely false. No such law exists. When I rejected it and walked out, he chased us to the parking lot trying to get us to split the difference. The salesperson then called 15 minutes later confirming the original price was back on the table. The next day they texted paperwork showing the exact same fraudulent charges - $6,945 over our agreed price - as if the conversation never happened. Do your research before you go in. Know your money factor, your residual, and your cap cost. They are counting on you not knowing. I've purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never exoerienced anything to this level. Go somewhere that respects your intelligence and your time. More
What a great experience working with Kyle Houston, my sales associate, and Anthony Hall, my finance manager! We drove 3 hours to do business with these professionals, and plan on doing it again in the n sales associate, and Anthony Hall, my finance manager! We drove 3 hours to do business with these professionals, and plan on doing it again in the near future. From pulling in, to driving away, I had zero complaints. If you want to feel like family, and treated like your purchase matters, I highly recommend Lakeshore! More
