Bought a used vehicle i asked for a carfax first night was not given one found out a few days later the vehicle had a accident. Then two days of driving the car a the check engine light came out take it b was not given one found out a few days later the vehicle had a accident. Then two days of driving the car a the check engine light came out take it back to the dealership they said they fixed it but they didn't check engine light came back on same day. They finally fixed it right. But at the same time I asked to speak to the GM or higher and I still haven't heard from them. If you are looking at a used vehicle from. This location ask for a vehicle history report before signing any paperwork. But my experience with this location was horrible higher management doesn't care about disappointed customers. And upper management wanted to charge us for repairs to a vehicle that clearly should be covered under warranty. I will never buy from lakeshore of kenner again More
