It looks like someone local came in-store to make the purchase on the same unit that you were interested in while you guys were working out the details. Well that is a poor response. This was not a "reserve" deal. I have supporting texts, deal was struck I was going to put a deposit down to hold the truck, but the "sales agent" state you do not take "deposits" and one would not be necessary that same day my wife was at the bank and ready to wire the Full Amount in Cash, when I received a Text from your sales person the truck was Sold! We were well past "working out the details". Best hire a new agent. I will be sure to spread the word on my Experience.
