Work on our 2015 4 series was done and everything is working good. It is hard to get status on the vehicle. The service techs may be busy but they need a support staff to answer the phones and get information to answer the customer's questions.

It did take a little longer than planned, through no fault of the dealership, but Bill bent over backward to make sure all the repairs were taken care of and that we walked away having had a good experience. I sincerely appreciated the time he took to listen to my concerns as well as Bill’s integrity and at the end of the day I that’s what makes the biggest difference. I can say that I would recommend the service department here for your Jeep repairs.
