I was confused when I picked up the van because we were told that the recall couldn't be cleared because you guys couldn't charge it to drive it in hybrid mode but when we picked it up it was almost fully told that the recall couldn't be cleared because you guys couldn't charge it to drive it in hybrid mode but when we picked it up it was almost fully charged (at 98%) and I drove it in hybrid mode for 30 miles on the way home. Other than that, we really appreciate the customer service and communication you guys had with us throughout the whole time you had our van. More

Paid $1400 and the job did not get done correctly. I would like a refund. You had my vehicle for eight weeks and did not do anything that you were supposed to $1400 down the drain as far as I'm concer I would like a refund. I am very dissatisfied with my service. I am having an issue with my truck (still am even after service) and they did not address the issue and did not even try to submit a warranty claim. I am having an issue with my truck (still am even after service) and they did not address the issue and did not even try to submit a warranty claim. They were able to replicate the issue I was having, and agreed that it was problematic (a noise issue) but ultimately said that they didn't think Stallantis would warranty it because it was "working as designed". I told them multiple times that I didn't agree with their definition of "working as designed" because 1) it didn't use to always make the grinding noise that it currently does, and 2) the hurricane engine on my loaner truck did not make the same grinding noise and 3) the engine was specifically designed to be quiet, and I can hear the issue loudly in the cabin. The dealership did not fight for me, and I don't feel taken care of, and I was without my truck for 10 days and now I have it back and it almost seems worse than before. Totally dissatisfied. More
