I came in with my 2-year-old and spent nearly 5 hours reviewing options. He was patient, accommodating, informative, and kind. But it wasn't just Ralph - Judy at the reception desk was a delight (and my son loved her), Kyle was awesome - and makes great popcorn, and Owen was helpful and informative. After visiting a dealership in Fishers Indiana I knew what I wanted and they were not willing to find it for me. I got online and found what I wanted at Ford Lincoln of Lafayette. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Brad Shirer. I told him I was interested in the 2024 red Lincoln Nautilus they had on their lot. I felt comfortable making the deal with Brad. Of course buying a car is never painless, but I feel like they worked with me on a deal.. I have purchased Ford trucks from Wayne Leach for over 20 years. The last several years it has been a new truck every year. The truck are F150 Lariats and the two were Power Boost. One from Hubler Shelbyville and the last one from Hubler Franklin. .I found him to be a honest and fair sales man. I have followed his move in dealerships and I will continue to work buy from Wayne as long as he decides to sale. I have a 2002 Ford F150 that started leaking around the rear window. I called Peason Ford's body shop (collision repair) and was advised: "They could not fix or work on my truck due to the age limit." Of course, I panicked and asked to speak with the Manager. I was forwarded to Ms. Brewer, who rendered a solution to stop the leak, which she could order. I then purchased the suggested product and saw that it was a double-tube sealant and epoxy. Once I found that auto part stores, Lowe's, Home Depot and Menards, did not sell the caulk gun, I called Ms. Brewer back, who was able to get a mechanic to loan me his caulk gun. I sealed my rear window and stopped the leak. She went over and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciated that customer service towards me, a United States Marine. Thank you again, Ms. Brewer!

My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford of Lowell was an exceptional experience! Dan is a very straightforward, honest, and up front guy and I have only great things to say about him and this dealership. The buying experience was top notch, Dan was very patient with me coming from out of town, the pricing and selection was far better than everyone else nearby, and the entire process was seamless. Dan even had appreciation for the great condition of a ten year old truck I traded in and the trade in value I was given was significantly higher than three other dealerships I had spoken to recently. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to deal with a dealership that didn't play games or hide anything. Dan is a great guy and called this morning, a couple months after purchase now, to check in and see how the truck was working out and how we were doing. Title affidavits and processing paperwork arrived in my mailbox just a few days after purchase as well. This small town dealership still has the customer service many of us have known but watched fade away elsewhere. Thanks again Dan and everyone else at Smith Ford who handled this transaction. You're all great and highly recommended!
