I had absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car from this dealership. The sales rep, Connor, was top-notch and responsive. The sales manager, Shawn Salinas, was outstanding. My situation was very complicated, but Shawn never wavered in his willingness to support and help. To say he went above-and-beyond 5 stars is an understatement. This dealership stands behind the vehicles they sell--you can trust them. Good, honest, generous people.

Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made me feel welcomed in a hassle and pressure free environment. Even when I got into the finance dept. Jeremy didn't try to add anything on which ALL other dealerships do. Also, about two weeks after buying my Ford F-150 the "check engine" light came. So I called Jordan Cunningham my sales guy and he said bring it in and we'll take a look. It ended up being the O2 sensor and they fixed it at no cost to me and gave me a loaner vehicle while they had my truck. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I started researching on-line, as well as visiting a few local Ford dealers for a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport and found quite a few vehicles that looked like possibilities. My wife and I happened to drive by D-Patrick Ford in Boonville and we decided to stop in. We were greeted by Shane who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions we had at the time. Though no deal transpired during our 1st meeting, for some reason I turned to my wife and said I hope this is the guy we land up getting a deal done with. Sure enough, it wasn't long before Shane notified us he found the exact Ford Bronco Sport we were looking for at their Lebanon location. He was very helpful through the whole process, including explaining the many options the Bronco Sport has. My wife and I were both exceptionally pleased with our experience with this dealership! I would give Shane 6 Stars if I could.

Service was quoted to be 176$. I specifically told the dealership what to replace. Oil change, serpentine belt and do a coolant flush ,while system is empty replace upper radiator hose.During a 27 point inspection the dealer chose to take off a belt and break the AC BELT tensioner. Called me to say hey, so we took a belt off , which you didn't want replaced or even looked at. The ac belt tensioner is now broken. You are responsible for replacing it, or we can give you back the truck without it working. Not only did they charge me for oil which I already provided. Also chaeged me for parts which I didn't request to be looked at or replaced. Stay away, this place will do you dirty.
