Sales process was really excellent. Robert was the salesman and I was texting with him ahead of time and he was really responsive, answered my questions and even took pictures n real time to send to me. He was not aggressive in his sales approach in any way. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the finance guy who had a number of fees he didn’t review with me and tried way too hard to get me to purchase an overpriced extended warranty. That was sadly the only negative in the whole experience.

Went in for oil change and maintenance, had an awesome experience with Ben Lau, he was in constant contact and never once did I try and get a hold of someone and wasn't able to. Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.

Felt as if we hadn't done our "homework" before walking onto the Freeport lot. B. Made 3 COMPLETELY disingenuous statements. We're still looking to buy a vehicle but will go somewhere where our intelligence won't be insulted.

Bailin is AWESOME!! Super informative and his customer service and follow up/follow through is second to none! I wanted a very specific vehicle with specific bells and whistles; though it was not on their lot, he quickly found it for me, and had it brought to the dealership! Dillon in finance is AWESOME (don't be fooled, he loves to smile and laugh when business is concluded!). I dealt directly with these two guys. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and will have a conversation with you. I feel safe and will happily work with Kunes, Mt. Carroll, in the future! I am very disappointed in this dealership. My oil change went from 85.00 to $121.00. The excuse was Chrysler wants Chrysler oil in my Jeep. I should get to choose my oil and I shouldn’t get charged for something I didn’t want. My car ran just fine in GM oil. I’m frustrated, I need to find someplace I can trust! Someplace that will put the customer before the car/oil manufacturers! Customer service should be the priority!

I live in Northern Wisconsin and drove 300 miles to get it. I was in and out of this dealership in 50 minutes. Everything was exactly as discussed on the phone. Nick and his son, Nicholas were both ready and waiting for me. No games, no hassle, super happy with everything. Bryan in service was great. Very nice selection on lot. Hint, hint, they have several other trucks just like the one I purchased without the big dealership games. Best deal I found, and I've been searching for three months. Well worth the drive.

My salesman, Tony Malzone is the best car salesman I have ever done business with. He is no longer a salesman. but my friend. I spent 2 days with him. He made sure everything was taken of for me. I also like doing business with the service department. I may just go to the dealer to say Hi to everyone I have gotten to know. Tony also gets you talking with other customers. The day I bought my car he had 3 customers. Handled all of us, and I made friends with one of his other customers, it made waiting go so much faster. The second day I had to finish up some last minute things, and he had another couple, Tony got us talking with each other such a pleasant experience.
