If you want a straight-forward, transparent car purchase, then go to Biggers Mazda. No mind games. No deceptive sales practices. No pressure to buy an extended warranty. No additional fees or add on packages you never wanted in the first place. I contacted Franco because there are a lot of positive reviews online from his customers. He was professional, answered all of my questions, gave me the CPO inspection report, and gave me an itemized out the door price over the phone with no hesitation. Also, there are no finance managers. The salesperson you make the deal with is the one who guides you through signing the contract. Like I said earlier, no pressure at all to buy any packages or warranties. This is a rare experience in the car market today. Yes, he couldn't lower the price on the CPO 2021 CX5, but it was already fairly priced unlike Carmax where they don't negotiate and they are $3k to $4k above the market. I asked Franco if their lenders could beat the 12.69% interest rate my credit union gave me, he ran my credit and was able to help me secure a 9.25% APR from a local bank. When I had an issue getting a ride to the dealership for a test drive and to sign the papers, his manager arranged for one of their employees to pick me up at my house and bring me in for the deal. I live 26 miles from the dealership! Overall, this was an easy, stress free process. You really can't ask for much more than that.

I did have a pleasant experience purchasing my truck from Jay at Key, however their service department is a giant cluster and whoever runs it must have never heard about customer service. Last time I was there for an oil change, it took over 3 hours and I heard “5 more minutes” for about 2 of those hours. I then took the truck in for fuel filters since they opted to not do that during the 3 hour oil change. I also had a seat belt that had issues and a check engine light. Received a call that it was going to be $850 for the fuel filters, diag, air filter (which they claimed was the wrong one…however they are the only ones to service it since new), and the seat belt. They she was adamant that the regen to clear the check engine light was not covered under warranty. She said she is taking off the diag and seat belt charge, but we shall see when I pick it up, as I am not the only person to buy a brand new diesel truck that has experienced these issues from them. I would recommend Jay, however with their service department, I’d never give Key business again.

This place is run completely different. From front desk to sales to finance- all three of these guys were all around were just fantastic. The salesman Issac did not try to upsell me out of my budget at ALL made the day pretty fun! I am absolutely in love with the Mazda CX-5 I bought, and the price I paid.

Bought a used car from Green Mazda in August, Stopped running mid November. They didnt want to have anything to do with repairs. would not issue a loaner. Said warranty didnt cover anything being repaired that wasnt "power train" . theyre Sending it to a different dealership to get the issue diagnosed. Theyre shady as xxxx and DO NOT stand by their warranties and are horrible to work with after the sale. GM and Sales Manager both refuse to return calls.

I went in feeling anxious because I thought the salesman might be “hard sell” and might not take me seriously because I am a woman. Instead, I had a very pleasant experience with Andy. I recommend this dealership and Andy in particular. The Mazda line is great, with a different engine from most cars, and boy does it jump when I put on the gas. Very peppy!! When I need another car, I will go straight back to Andy.

Unbelievably, I'm going to report a great outcome after a disaster of a start. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 CX-5 DIESEL from Jon Ballas on 02/12/2024. 36 hours later, the check engine light came on. What followed was a nearly 3 month journey that took 3-4 trips through the service department, all the while never truly figuring out what the issue was (something to do w/ the emissions system). All the while, the two service front desk employees Tory and Cory were great, always providing a loaner (I live 90 minutes away). I lived in loaners more than I did my own vehicle. After what all thought was the final repair, less than 40 minutes after I picked the diesel Mazda up (mind you, this is the only diesel Auffenberg Mazda had encountered before), the check engine light was on once again. I called Jon and said I was done. I needed out of the diesel. After several days, Jon had me in a brand new Mazda, no diesel, and I am extremely pleased. The way the service representatives handled the situation throughout the 2.5 month ordeal, how they handled my frustrations, and their own as they were trying everything they could to figure out the car's issues, was nothing short of amazing. This situation was awful; however, because they worked hard w/ me and among themselves to make everything right, I have nothing but appreciation and gratitude for Jon, Tory, and Cory.

Sales here is just a different way in a horrible way. Their pictures on the website deceiving and prices are higher than literally anyone in area. Please caution and go over all their used and possibly new cars and if you are not experienced then ask to have it brought to a third party mechanic to go over before purchasing. I looked at a used car and under the hood the air filter was dirty, it was missing a power steering cap, there was thousands in damages to the body plus a damaged /sticky dash they claimed was from "the detailing product" used on it which was not, its a common issue on older mazdas. They were asking more than KBB or Black Book value and when questioned, they said they price their vehicles at "market going rate" and in which I found not a couple but several around the same here with lower mileage and or a year or two newer in extremely better shape for less. I have been in automotive and worked for several dealers and never seen or experienced this till with them specifically so the belief that big dealers are trusting and small ones are not is for sure NOT THE CASE. If you buy from here, please go over everything to let a vehicle sell with basic items bad or missing especially a power steering cap to let the fluid get contaminated is just mind boggling and will cost thousands to the power steering system in future. This shows they don't care about the customer, only profit.
