He was helpful, honest, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Dakota made everything straightforward and stress‑free, and his genuine approach really stood out. I also traded in my 2023 Porsche Taycan Turbo CT, and the Porsche team made that part just as smooth. Rudy, the Porsche assistant manager, and Ian, the Porsche manager, handled the appraisal and discussion with total professionalism. It wasn't a great experience dealing with a faulty battery on a new car. I was working and got stranded in the city. I had to get the battery charged just to turn the vehicle on and get to the dealership. However, when I arrived David turned what started as a bad day into a pleasant day. I enjoy interacting with David at my service appointments. His willingness to listen and resolve issues sets him apart from all the other service technicians. I see the way he engages with other customers and no other technician compares to him. He's kind, a gentleman and shows respect no matter who he is dealing with. I can always count on him to be transparent and deliver with excellence. I know that anytime I arrive for a service issue, and David is there, I will be taken care of.

We bought a 2025 certified pre-owned car from an associated dealer (Naperville Infinity) and have had to take it here twice for issues that pop up. I also visited this location when I was car shopping. All experiences have been very poor. When I was buying a car the used car salesman wouldn’t return my keys in a timely manner as he attempted to strong arm me into making a purchase then until I pulled a Karen and asked to speak to his manger. For the maintenance issues, we have a minivan door that won’t unlock unless you manually unlock it from inside the car which is covered tomboy warranty. They claimed to repair it and then it broke again 2 weeks later so we have taken it back. It’s been 9 days and they still haven’t diagnosed the issue and have been astonishingly uncommunicative with us. No proactive updates and they only occasionally reply when my husband reaches out to them. They didn’t even bother looking at the car until days after we dropped it off. Our understanding is that they don’t get paid for the repairs until the car is out of warranty and that therefore they aren’t attempting to fix it. Would strongly recommend avoiding this dealer.
