We had a great experience buying our Honda CRV with Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. First, she set aside the original vehicle we were interested in because we live out of town and couldn Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. First, she set aside the original vehicle we were interested in because we live out of town and couldn’t get to the dealership for a couple of days. When we decided after our test drive of this vehicle that we wanted additional features, Vanessa gave us several options and was very informative as we test drove 3 more CRVs. She was not a high pressure salesperson at all and was extremely personable. Vanessa has been with Zimmerman for quite some time, and it is obvious that she is a valued employee with her knowledge of her product and her fantastic customer service. I have bought several Hondas from Vanessa and she makes it super easy. It's a pain to drive there -90 miles - but I tried a Honda dealer in my area and was not at all happy with the salesman so I went back it super easy. Vanessa was just excellent / an absolute pleasure to work with. She was able to meet another dealership’s aggressive pricing and quickly got us another Honda Pilot spec’d the exact same way straight from th with. She was generous with her time talking through the numerous features and the Honda App, but also recognized that we all needed to get home before some possible hail. The financing piece was the icing on the cake. Never before have I been in and out of the room where the paperwork is done so fast. There was zero heavy selling of things we did not want. Bottome Line: I highly recommend Zimmerman and Vanessa. More
