We had a great experience buying our Honda CRV with Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. First, she set aside the original vehicle we were interested in because we live out of town and couldn Vanessa as our salesperson at Zimmerman Honda. When we decided after our test drive of this vehicle that we wanted additional features, Vanessa gave us several options and was very informative as we test drove 3 more CRVs. She was not a high pressure salesperson at all and was extremely personable. Vanessa has been with Zimmerman for quite some time, and it is obvious that she is a valued employee with her knowledge of her product and her fantastic customer service. Even though there’s a Honda dealer in Peoria, I prefer to do business with Zimmerman and especially through Marty. He’s attentive, polite, friendly and professional.
