I came in for an oil change thinking that I may be in for a transmission fluid change. He came in after about a half an hour wait and explained that we should probably have the transmission fluid changed I a a transmission fluid change. He came in after about a half an hour wait and explained that we should probably have the transmission fluid changed I asked him how much time he said not much at all it's already on the lift. Well it was another hour and almost $400 before we got our vehicle back. Other dealers I have dealt with would have come back with an approximation of time and exact cost at the beginning of the service, not a 1/2 into the visit. Basically he could use some better communication skills. I don't care for surprises. From my past 2-3 visits, I am realizing the service dept is at best deceptive of actual time and cost of service. A tech drained my transmission fluid for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to leave the car the next day for an additional 3 hours to get that taken care of. Amateur. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the process. Everything for the most part went well and in a timely fashion. The one area of improvement would be that the technicians could do a much be process. Everything for the most part went well and in a timely fashion. The one area of improvement would be that the technicians could do a much better job resetting the system after having an oil change performed. We had to return to have them reset the vehicle as the check engine light was on and telling us that we still needed an oil change. The advisor indicated that this does happen from time to time. This was not the first time that the reset was not performed at the time of service. Other than that, we have had very good experience with the service department. More
