My contact was very good. Kept me informed. After I picked up the vehicle and drove home, all seemed fine. The next day my tire sensors said I had low pressure. I called multi Kept me informed. I just went over and asked that it be addressed. It was taken care of but not without me complaining (which I don't like). You had the car for 24 hours and I was without a vehicle.
