Purchased my car through a buying program. The buying program guidelines managed much of the stress of number crunching and negotiation. Still, the team was direct and professional, and I left with the sense I had gotten about as much as could be expected. Not completely clear as to how they valued my trade in, but the numbers landed about where I expected them to, so I accepted the trade offer rather than going to Carmax or related. Not my first Honda, though previous ones were purchased through other dealers (before I lived in this area). I have had service here on previous Hondas and in general feel decently treated. Follow up for a new purchase remains to be seen.
