I was very pleased with the assistance provided by Miguel Martinez, his superior, Omar, and the finance person with the first name of Syed. They were very informative, efficient, understanding and kind rela Martinez, his superior, Omar, and the finance person with the first name of Syed. They were very informative, efficient, understanding and kind related to my situation. I was pleased with the handling of the trade-in of my 2024 BMW X5 and acquisition of my 2026 Honda Civic. The maintenance and other offerings by McGrath, Honda and the GAP coverage I was able to acquire provide meaningful peace of mind and cost savings, and I am a very happy customer. I will be looking for opportunities to refer others to McGrath Honda in Elgin and the individuals mentioned above specifically. They are great representatives of the organization and a credit to themselves as well. More
