I have read some reviews about Harvard Chevy about how good they were... and I was skeptical of ever going to another dealership after other places I have been to. Well, I can tell you that the reviews are spot on!!! this is THE ONLY place I will buy a car from again! I called about a Chevy Bolt they had for sale on a Wednesday... I talked to Dan, he told me that it was available and that the insanely good price they had on the car was not just "smoke and Mirrors" I gave him my info so he could run my credit. He called me back the same day to tell me everything was good to go. I put a deposit down to hold the car until I could make it on Saturday morning. When I got there, The car was out front all cleaned up and ready to go. I was approached by a salesman named Rob... He said Dan was busy at the moment as he was doing finance that day as well. He walked me to his desk where a folder and a set of keys were there with my name on it. Rob had me sign a few things before I went into the finance office to complete the purchase. There was one person ahead of me. I only had to wait about 15 min. I then went to see Dan and all the rest of my paperwork was ready to go along with my plates. He had me sign the rest of the paperwork and 10 min later I was on my way driving my new car!!! This Place is so efficient!!! Other dealerships (Kunes) need to take notes on how this place runs. Put it this way, My wife dropped me off and went grocery shopping and I beat her home... I am used to sitting at a dealership for HOURS!!! I was there less than an hour. If the GM or owner is reading this, You are doing amazing with your staff. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had!!! You have gained a customer for life! The car was presented very well, meaning the detail and service department did a fantastic job getting this car standing tall.

After a long weekend of looking for a used truck and getting the stereotypical “used car salesman” treatment, we stopped in at Brockland GMC to look at a used truck they had listed online. The salesmen Tim Anderson and business manager Chad Swansea couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. Tim got us into the truck right away for a test drive and he had the carfax waiting for us when we got back. There was never any pressure or any indication that he was anything but professional. We came in with a pre approval and pretty decent percentage rate but Chad did a some work and we ended up with a rate 1.5 points lower Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

I purchased a new Sierra with the trade of my Jeep. My salesman was Kyle Lopez and the sales GM Luke Sillar joined once it was time to crunch numbers. Both were great to work with, both knew the product and were able to answer all my questions. I had been looking for about 2 months so I was very familiar with the truck trims and prices as well as the value of my Jeep I traded. I am very satisfied with the final price of the truck I purchased, I also got a fair trade value for my Jeep. Both Kyle and Luke worked to cover every detail and did everything they could to make the process quick and simple. They were both honest and straightforward. As a side note, days after after the sale I returned to have some extras done by service, Kyle personally arranged the appointment and work to be done and Luke even checked in to make sure I was still happy with everything. In short, these guys were personable, professional, knowledgeable and were focused on making sure I was satisfied to the best of their ability. A tip of the hat to D'Arcy, good employees and good leadership make a huge difference! They have earned my business.
