Well, we had to buy a new van because our other one died, and we were dreading the thought of car shopping. Fortunately, we met Jennie Huang, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! They didn’t have the exact vehicle in the color we wanted, but she tracked one down and had it onsite in less than 48 hours. She was amazing at guiding us through all the purchasing details and was incredibly responsive to the multiple emails and texts we sent her.
