I have bought 2 vehicles at this dealership and I only use their service department. Overall, I’ve had a good experience as far as them having vehicles in stock that I want. The sales team are friendly and they do not pressure you. The only complaint I have is that I scheduled an appointment with Natalie to see 2 specific vehicles and when I got there, one of them was not there. I had the stock number and gave it to the salesman and he said the manager had already drove the vehicle home for the night. Why would the manager drive the vehicle home when a customer has an appointment to see it? I asked how many miles were on the vehicle and was told it had 2400 as it was a “manager’s demo” so I passed on that vehicle. Unfortunately that was the color that I truly wanted but they did have the same vehicle with a nice blue color that I really liked so I bought that one. They have a snack bar and a coffee machine and it’s always stocked nicely with lots of choices. When I have to wait for service they have given me a quiet place upstairs to plug my laptop in and work and they have also given me a ride to the outlet mall nearby. They either pick me up or send an Uber ride. I will return to this dealership in the future and would recommend them. Just make sure that the vehicles the customers are coming to see are there on the lot when they show up. Thank you.

Five hours into a 14 hour drive we found ourselves on the side of I75 with an overheating car. We showed up at Kia South Atlanta at opening with an emergency repair. They were super busy that day but they worked us in, repaired my car and got us back on the road in a few hours time. Lavar was awesome and kept us updated through the process and made everything happen! The entire team was incredible and we appreciate them so much!

I've never been treated so rudely, felt so scammed, or had a worse experience with a dealership. The extended platinum warranty I purchased a year ago on a new KIA Forte was totally worthless. The service department claimed it was my fault that the car was damaged, however, they couldn't show any damage. They "fixed" the car, and $1800 out-of-pocket later, it still had the same problem. They claimed it was a software issue. Why wasn't that checked in the beginning? I bet it would have saved me a ton of money. Also, they refused to put gas in the loner vehicle that I had to have when they "re-fixed" the car. Never again!

Don't' trust what they report to CarFax - Mmay1588

I looked at the reviews and most of the bad ones focus on the service dept. This is another failure in that area. Maybe it is time to replace the people working in that area! Make sure you verify everything they said they reported they did to carfax. My carfax stated Kia Carland did complete inspection on vehicle as well as replaced the engine air filter and the cabin filter. My wife and I loved the used 2015 Sonata we bought from them, after we got home with it I checked the engine and cabin filter and you could tell they were full of dirt and trash. I then took the car to my local Hyundai dealership and found out it had a busted cv axle. My dealership was not sure they would be able to cover it under warranty since it was just the boot that was busted, so it could cost up to $700. I notified Kia Carland and they told me they would only reimburse me what it would cost them to repair. Fortunately, my dealership(Autonation Hyundai of Columbus) was able to get the cv axle replaced under warranty so I no longer have to deal with Kia Carland.
