Car was to be for grandaugher; I spoke with Sales manager Richard---he acknowledged there was an error on website but gave me telephonically a price. The price he quoted did not take into consideration a "clip it coupon" on their website nor the two Kia rebates. He then recalculated and quoted a "drive out price of $23700". Daughter/father of the grandaughter drive to the Kia Dealer in Morrow. Salesman cambe back with written offer--Drive out price being $25,347.57. Daughter called me and put me on speaker; asked the salesman to go get Richard. Richard came. He was firm on the $25347.57 and stated the conversation he and I had some 2 hours earlier and that "drive out price" did not include Documentation fee of $998.00 (to do the tag/title/registration work) nor a $301.00 fee to electronically do the tag/title/registration work) nor a mandatory dealer Protection Package of $1895.00 but he graciously discounted the package by $400.00. He agreed those three add ons are dealer fluff but owners of the dealership have to recoup the 14million spent to build the building. No where on the dealer website did it say then nor today (31 Mar) any mention of the three dealer add ons. Also the clip it and save coupon on website---unless you do a screen shot (which I did) you do not get any coupon/code or proof of the $1K off. Daughter had to show the sales person my screenshot or the dealer would not have honored the 1K. This is one of two Kia dealers in the area giving bad name to Kia. More
This is the most unwelcome environment I've ever been in. The entire place is cold and dirty and the lighting is so bright it gave me a headache. The management isn't helpful at all. My complaint is for the service department at Kia South in Morrow GA. I had a 7:30am appointment on 07/24/2025 for an oil change, tire rotation and recall. I was attempting to be proactive and dropped my in Morrow GA. I had a 7:30am appointment on 07/24/2025 for an oil change, tire rotation and recall. I was attempting to be proactive and dropped my car off the day before for the appointment. By 3pm (on 07/24/2025) I called Kia South to see if my car was ready. I was told by the receptionist that they are running behind and they will not be able to service my car until tomorrow. How in the world are the running behind to service a car for an oil change that had a 7:30 APPOINTMENT that was dropped off the day before!! I stated that this was unacceptable and if I could please speak with a manager. I was told that no one was available and Lavar was going to give me a call but never did. I had to call out of work the next day (Friday 07/25/2025) due to not having my vehicle. I called the servicing department around 11 and spoke to Chris he stated he was going to try to get me taken care of and will call back by 1pm (on 07/25/2025). I never heard back. Called the servicing department again asked for a Service manager. They stated that he was not there. I asked to please speak to someone in charge. They put David on the phone. David read the work order and verified that my service was overlooked. He stated that he is not sure why the technician did not do the oil change and the tire rotation. Therefore, my car was at Kia South for 2 days just sitting there. I went and picked up my car and plan to never return. Lavar called 3 days after my appointment and asked was I bringing my truck back? I told him my horrible experience and declined!! He tried to Gaslight me and make me think that it was my fault by stating that I did not specify that I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. I explained to him that I completed the work order and that it was listed as the 1st thing needed. He looked at the order again and said oh I see it my fault for overlooking... I told him that I was never returning, and he provided a very SHALLOW APOLOGY. I would like a call from either the Regional Manager or a Corporate representative. So, I can go into detail the poor lack of Customer Service and Accountability. If you have people who do this on a daily that can't read their own work order. Clearly, it's not a good idea to have your car serviced by them. More
Five hours into a 14 hour drive we found ourselves on the side of I75 with an overheating car. We showed up at Kia South Atlanta at opening with an emergency repair. They were super busy that day but they worked us in, repaired my car and got us back on the road in a few hours time. Lavar was awesome and kept us updated through the process and made everything happen! The entire team was incredible and we appreciate them so much! More

The service was poor. I made an appointment, the agent said they will put my appointment a week later so they could order the parts, when I visit Kia South they didn’t hav I made an appointment, the agent said they will put my appointment a week later so they could order the parts, when I visit Kia South they didn’t have my parts on top of that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a 15 minute reset. David told me parts will be in Friday and I would receive a call so I can make another appointment . Still have received a call. On top of all this, my 2011 Kia Sorento has recalls on it. I have did what KIA said do and still no progress. More
