I called for Mr Opalka on 30 Mar 2026 and told he is busy, but he said he would call when he has a moment. To me his response was just words to make the public think they are caring, sincere, and honest. Nobody I have dealt with at EVK has returned a call. Seems to be company policy to ignore people and they'll go away. It just makes me want to post more reviews and often. I'll give an update if I hear back from Kia America, Chamber of Commerce, or BBB. They robbed me of that new car excitement and joy, damaged my faith in humanity and fairness, and dented my wallet. But at least my soul is intact. I leave the people I've dealt with and owners of EVK that let this happen Malachi 2:10 and 2 Corinthians 5:10.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Eric. I appreciate your feedback regarding the pricing issues you encountered. To clarify there were two separate vehicles we gave you pricing for: one with a wrap that cannot be removed and an identical unit without the wrap. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to an agreement on the pricing for the one with the wrap. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you would like to discuss this in greater detail. Thank you again for your feedback. Sincerely, Richard Opalka General Manager 678-374-1830

You never offered another so I would get with Cam on that one. And why would I want that another when your advertisement listed the one I wanted for the price I wanted. I want you to honor your advertisement. It's the one in the picture. It was false advertising. GEORGIA LAW STATES ADVERTISED PRICES FOR VEHICLES MUST BE THE TOTAL, ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE, EXCEPT FOR GOVERNMENT MANDATED FEES. DEALER-INSTALLED OPTION PRICES CANNOT BE ADDED LATER TO INSURE TRANSPARENCYAND FAIRNESS. This so-called wrap was never disclosed on the website, nor was it referenced in the advertised price. The listing also indicated that the vehicle had been recently discounted, which further reinforced the understanding that the posted price was the final, all‑inclusive figure. At no point prior to my inquiry was I informed of any additional charges. This conduct raises serious concerns regarding deceptive or misleading advertising practices. When a dealership publicly advertises a specific price for a vehicle—particularly when identified by VIN—it is reasonable for a consumer to rely on that representation. Failing to honor the advertised price, or introducing undisclosed add‑ons after the fact, undermines transparency and erodes consumer trust. If such practices were permitted, it would effectively allow dealers to advertise inaccurate prices without accountability.
